3Plus Activity Tracker

Took me a week to work out not to pair the bluetooth or it takes an hour to connect! Otherwise it connects straight away, good app but wish it had more detail

All seems to be OK but for the login, it keeps saying unable to connect to server, check your Internet connection

This is not a good app tracker, it just stop working. I was really getting into it, then it stopped. Needs some serious updating.

Constantly won't sync, Constant fight to get it to work. Support is non-existent. Save your money and buy something that works. These people should be put in jail for ripping people off.

Caught at Walmart for cheap price what a waist of manufacturing this worthless whatever you call it and same goes for that flash device looking for something way more accurate and can operate the Fitbit the best this snap not near as accurate but will take the new replacement they sent I give a better rating also anyone can friend me thanks

The wrist band sensor is a great starter and cheap. The app is simple but lacks a address book feature for finding multiple friends using it. For $15 bucks at Wal-Mart it was a good buy but only if it interests you. Be aware that you must sync your device every morning when you wake out of sleep manually and every evening you must sync the days totals before flipping to sleep mode manually.

You have to fight with it to get it to charge... otherwise it doesn't charge at all! The steps are way off and you can never get in touch with an actual human being to help you or send you a replacement. I'm so sorry I wasted my money on this

Says I have walked millions of steps sometimes, other times I walked over 10k and it isn't logged. Says I sleep like a cat, at 16 hours a night. I am not a superhero, just have a buggy tracker!

How do I make it track my sleep..its the main reason I got it..while in sleep mode for 21 mins..all the while I was train to fig out how to work it..it never counted mins in sleep circlr..there was no 1 min...count Dwn or even 21 mins at which point I turned off sleep mode..I fig I did it wrong...but there r no instructions..I did link it and see it on my cell..ugh..my profile is up and I'm tired any help out there .. Ps I notice it counts steps with slightest movement on cell..I never see anything on bracket but lines that show up sometimes

Garbage. I'm sorry I wasted my money. Completely freezes my phone and drains the battery.

Bought 2 trackers 1 wouldn't work from the get go and the second one stopped working the next day. Called customer support waited on hold for an hour before saying they could just call back on their automated system never received a call back or an answer to my emails.

Had a week. Wont charge battery or hook up to my phone. Not happy at all.

It tracks steps better than I can in my head... the app is easy to use and understand. The notifications are nice. Over time, I have had to reset the device a couple of times, which is annoying.

Worked fine for a month then all of a sudden it stopped tracking any steps I was doing, and the sleep tracker randomly disappeared the other day too. Won't seem to go back to working like it did when I first got it.

This is the worst product I've ever had to buy even though it was cheap. Shows steps I never took and displays sleep time that I took was 12hrs.

I've had it for about week now and I love it. I haven't had any problems from it at all. When I first got it I let it charge while I was at work. Here it is a week later and I just got to 50% today. I enjoy the charts and visual tracking. The only thing I wished it did was sense my resting heart rate and monitored my sleep more accurately because I tend to forgot to take it out of sleep mode or forget to put it in sleep mode before and after bed. Other than that I have no complaints.

It only syncs and tracks my steps when ever it feels like it. Most of the time when I double tap it says connected but it doesn't track my steps.

Worked for about 2 months.. and now it won't track half of the stuff. Like calories and more. I also see I'm not the only one who has that problem

It does not stay synced with the Bluetooth device that is set up with and it has a hard time picking up the internet even when you are in the same room.

Not sure I like this for the input it gives. For the steps you take if you move your arm that the band is on it will track that as steps. Doing chores one morning it said I did 6000 +steps. That was within 3 hours of milking. I sat at the table and just waved my hand and it recorded steps I did not take. Not very accurate if you want to keep track of how far you walk

The tracking is pretty poor. It misses a lot of movement & activity. The sleep monitor is not a monitor at all you just turn it to sleep mode & try to remember to turn it off in the morning. All it really does is count the time from when you turned it on to when you turn it off. Not all that impressive.

The app worked great for the first week. Now in order for it to connect, I have to uninstall and reinstall, then it connects intermittently. As of today, it has not connected in 6 days. Contacted customer service, NO HELP. Fitbit here I come........

Took a long time to get a reliable connection set up & still occasionally drops the Bluetooth link, but otherwise does the job.

Crashes a lot, sleep mode doesn't want to turn off most of the time. And now the app won't even show me the sleep tracker area.

When I tested the accuracy of this bracelet it took me 13 miles to register 10 miles on the charts. If you're looking for accuracy this is definitely not the device for you. I found that if you're riding a bike it will not record data because your arm is not moving very much. Conversely I found that if you're sitting at your desk and you're moving your arm around it will record steps that you didn't take. It's a cheap device and I'm glad I didn't spend very much money on it.

I just got this today. Charged the bracelet and synced it. It works pretty good, but I am having trouble with the sleep tracking on the app - which is one of the reasons I bought it. As I said, I received this only today. I charged it and started using it while at work. Unless I have been sleeping on the job, which I assure you I have not, there is no way I already got in 2 hours and 21 minutes of sleep. Is there any fix for this portion? A sensitivity setting or something? If so I can't find it.

The app stopped recognizing my 3+snap. I can't see any of my charts. I can't login. I tried to start over and it keeps telling me the unit is connected to another account. I know it is, it's my account but it won't let me access my account. Grrr.

It's similar to a fitbit but not nearly as expensive and is compatible with any Bluetooth device not just Apple devices it also doesn't count stairs but for the price it is a pretty good device

I don't keep bluetooth permanently in to save battery. The manual that came with my device says it stores days for 60 days but if you don't sync at the end of the day, the app shows no activity for the day whatsoever.

Doesn't keep accurate count and will only input sleep every other night. Very disappointing

Just would like to add friends. Like the notifications from my phone.

Synching is so spotty, connect failure more often than not. Drives me crazy! Will uninstall when my patience runs out.

Does not track well. App keeps hanging up. If it was not a birthday present, I would have thrown it away. Tracked for one day and spent two days getting it to work again...then it stopped. Pay the extra money and buy something better..but to be fair..it may be the app itself that is the problem and not the device.

I was using it find and then all of a sudden it died and I lost all my steps that I had done. It was counting my arm moving as a step too. The watch then stopped syncing all together with the phone. Had to reconnect.

The friend request portion does work, e.g. My daughter and I both send each other a friend reques and either of us have yet to receive the request. Also, my daughter have an iPhone 6S and every time she attempts to rate the app it default her to her music. Another thing we notice that happen when you attempt to search for a friend is that the function is a hit and situation, e.g you may find the person one moment, but the next time you attempt to search for them you may or may not be able to find them.

Can't get it to set up telling me header is wrong will upgrade when it's setup

I been using the app with my 3plus snap and so far it runs great and i have no complants
