Notes to Mobile users
- Ensure you put this 2ConnectMe mobile app with "Notification Allowed", "Auto-Start Allowed" in Notification and Security settings of Android.
- Ensure you put 2ConnectMe Agent in "WAITING FOR NEW CALL" mode for any new incoming customer enquiries.
