Multi Reps for Android
I think it's getting stuck sometimes, I've been doing week 7 day 3 a few times already.
Used to be great, now not sure what's going on, I can no longer set which week & day it is in a workout program. This feature is vital if you need to go back a week or two in a program after a break. This is since upgrading to Android 7 on galaxy s7. It's an important omission. Please fix!

Absolutely love this app. Made some amazing progression in just over a month. Customised it by adding some extra exercises. Seems to have a glitch. It seems to be stuck on Week 3 Day 3 for Pull Ups. I've done this workout three times and it will not take me into Week 4. All other exercises are progressing the way they should. If you fix this, plus add the option to add unlimited exercises rather than just 8, also maybe other customisations like colour coding the different exercises then you'll rock it!

Progression needs to either be less steep, or able to adapt if you cannot keep up with it.
I just use the push up trainer, but love the app just the same.
Doesnt adapt. ex: I could only do 25 pushups on my last set when it suggested 49+. Then the next workout it still suggested I do 55+ for the last set.
Good routine
Only thing I'd like to see is a way to set a length (weeks) while still using the algorithm to generate the reps.

App: awesome! SImple, clean, small. Tip: set your fitness level higher! The difficulty curve is quite steep on levels one and two. Better to overate your fitness with this app!

The only app I've found which can handle what I need in any useful way. I have one gripe about the alarm notifications: I want to be told what the alarm is for, and I want more alarms. just change the alarm screen to 'add an alarm'. please don't attach alarm to an exercise directly because I would then not be able to use this to tell me to go training, jogging or sprinting, and i'd prefer to have this as my everything scheduler. I am liking the goal algorithm. good app for sure.
The app is good, but the diary needs more work. If you didn't meet the goal, next time your today's result will be overwitten by the new one. If you fail a few times in a row, all of the failures will be lost in the log. Also it makes more sense to keep the exercise log by date performed, not by the week/day of the training program. Also a recalc of the plan should be offered if I seriously overperform on the last rep.
Of all the apps I have purchased, this one is hands down best value.
Use this almost every day. Should be able to tell me what goal I set. I suppose% could have written them down, but the app should do it
This app is great for Military PFT Training. Helps with endurance training as well For SF training.
On my phone, I can't record the first day of squats.
This app will help you set a plan, remind you to work the plan, and track the results. Custom exercises are no problem or use the standard ones to get started. Excellent app.
I would really like it if the diary didn't get overwritten whenever you redo a set or start a new goal, it is so much better to be able to see progress

Minor gripe: overwrites results when I don't successfully complete sets for the day and want to try again. Would be nice to keep track of progress even when failing.

This app is perfect for bodyweight training.
Easy to use app. Flexible for different fitness levels. Encourages you to work steadily towards your goals. I've almost doubled my reps in a months use.
Works. It's simple and does the job. Would love support for function to switch exercise while resting between sets.
