Is anyone else having problems with this?

I tried logging in and it kept saying error so I checked the play store and it said I needed an update for it. So I updated it and now it won't even go past the blue TruNorth screen. Bad app. I can't even do it online so I have to call. Waste of time when you are in a rush

I don't have phone service at the house, so it's nice to have access to the credit union when needed. It's also nice to check balance and transfer money on the fly, during a busy day. I have had it say that password isn't correct, but if I just enter the password slower, and check every letter, it goes through without a hitch! So excited that it's available for Android now!

Easy, faster, and more convenient than using the web browser. Sometimes I get an error sign, and for this reason four stars, I would also like to see the App display my account holds, bills that are being scheduled to be withdrawn, or money that is coming in on a scheduled date, if that happened, I would use only the App and never use the web browser version again!

It doesn't ask me the security questions I've set. I can't give u my oldest nephews name! I don't have any nephews!! So frustrating.

Several people have given feedback about the endless loop of identity confirmation questions....Nothing has been done about it. ...has been months now. Piece of Crap!

I miss the mobile check deposit. TruNorth need to add the check deposit through this app.

Where do you even get your ID to sign in? None of the pages loaded up to even show anything.

There's an error everytime I open it. I can't sign in for a quick check and/or transfer which really is frustrating when deposits go straight to savings.

Can't transfer from bank to another

Just shows title screen and then kicks me out. Never goes any further then that.

Finally. Using a mobile browser to use the home teller sucked
