TANGEDCO Mobile App (Official)

Finally official app release.. First look is good.. However update regularity in response to the feedbacks. My suggestions as of now is 1) Single payment by clubbing bills for all service connections. (So that transaction charge will be saved) 2) Complaint lodging facility.. 3) other payment wallet services i.e. paytm be added..

App crashes frequently when tried options like payment, seeing old transactions, etc. Worst app ever. Test app properly before making it available for public.

Overall good. But only the default or primary consumer number is displayed not all the other added in web portal, and I am unable add a new one here - shows invalid service number error.

The disappointment is debit card payment is available for 2 banks only.... I have account in other bank... How can I pay the bill.... Bt otherwise all is flexible....

Team.please add 24 hours complaint desk.because there is no good response from office if any fuse gone in transformer. And please intimate the shut down of power cut in the app and to the saved service number .it better to do

Team, thanks for finally bringing the bill payment to the app. I wanted to mention the issue I faced. When I pay the bill once, everything is reset and becomes blank in all the scene (my bill, account info and all) . And it becomes operative normally when I restart the app. Please take care of that. Otherwise really happy to see the app for bill payment.

Unable to check the previous month usuage details. Need to update this. App is ok. But need more user friendly. Accounts linked in web portal are not displaying

நல்ல முயற்சி வாழ்த்துக்கள். ஆனால் ஏற்கனவே Online Payment Portal _ல் பதிவு செய்துள்ள Username மட்டுமே எடுத்துக் கொள்கிறது. இந்த Application க்கு என தனியாக பதிவு செய்ய முடியவில்லை. Online Payment Portal User Name or Password மறந்திருந்தால் இதில் பதிவு செய்ய முடியாது. இதை சரி செய்யலாம். மற்றபடி நன்றாக உள்ளது. நன்றி. வாழ்த்துக்கள்.

நல்ல முயற்சி வாழ்த்துக்கள்... இன்னும் இந்த செயலியை மேப்பிப்படுத்தவேண்டும்.. Quick pay மட்டுமே உள்ளது சர்வீஸ் நம்பர் சேர்க்கும் வசதி இல்லை... அடுத்த ubdate இல் இந்த வசதிகளை மேம்படுத்தினால் சிறப்பாக இருக்கும்

When Chennai South region consumer number is entered correctly, it says invalid consumer number. But after two days, it's working fine

App is really good but i can see only one consumer number details avail which one is default. Other consumer numbers could not see details. Kindly debug it...

வாழ்த்துக்கள், மிக தாமதமாக வந்தாலும், உங்கள் முயற்சிக்கு பாராட்டுக்கள்.. இரண்டு விஷயங்களை மேம்படுத்தினால் நன்றாக இருக்கும், 1. New Registration வசதி 2. Finger Print Password Access வசதி, விரைவில் மேம்படுத்துவீர்கள் என எதிர்பார்க்கிறேன்

Awesome app... Really appreciate to the team of TANGEDCO.. need to update with payment wallets like paytm, mobikwik, and also credit and debit card for all banks, now 2 banks only available for credit /debit cards...

If this app is made of tamil language, I will give 5 star. Not suitable for tamilans

Thanks to TNEB. Nicely working and made payment within minutes. Only the Base account is showing. Not able to add new consumer number. Team kindly short it out.

இவ்வளவு நாட்கள் கழித்து இப்போதுதான் செயலி வந்துள்ளது. ஆனால், முக்கியமான Payment Option-ஆன UPI இதில் இல்லை. Card, Net Banking என தற்போது UPI Payment System என்னும் எளிதான முறைக்கு வந்துவிட்டோம். ஆனால், இதில் இல்லை!

I have registered my account tneb official website at 2015. Now I'm missed username and password. The app is asking, retrieve your password must enter your username, I'm tried to new registration option, but is asking also registered. Please help to retrieve username and password,Register new, my zone is chennai south.

This is really need of the hour.. though have online app mobile app is de facto as of today.... Also pls plan to think of opening more avenues like paytm and other wallets

Excellent ! Tneb is serving better. Enabling options to new application, shifting, complaint etc. Will be better.Too much bribe in EB department.

After login nothing is working If I click my consumer I am getting error Like this everything is giving error

Good initiative by Tamil Nadu government. But we need all payment options such as wallet and UPI. Pls do bring them soon...

It's good, but saving the e-receipt option is not available...Still it is showing the transaction status as awaited for bank approval, but, the transaction is successful. Please add all bank debit and credit card payment options.

Finally official app but one thing missing is there is no option to see paid advance balance amount.

The payment option is not initiating. I have installed this app 2 days ago and since I have been trying to do payment through different period of time mutiple times, but still it is not succeeded

Very good app, must need little bit improvement in payment through net banking, sending the bill by sms or to mail id for confirmation. And add some more banks for card payment.

User Interface is good,But We Need TANGEDCO Wallet Option to Load our Money for fast forward transactions and avoid too many bank transactions also avoid some technical errors like Payment gateway issues and bank server down time's.

It's not working in my account . Always say unable to process try again later

When click any icon "unable to process your request ,pl try again " message comes..pl fix...

Net banking is not working properly. Displaying half screen only. Other than that pakka

Very well, But various payment options Missing like the paytm,SBI buddy,mobikwik.So the same options already have a TANGEDCO website.

This app is very useful..இனி மேல் கட்டணம் செலுத்தும் போது வீட்டில் இருந்து பணம் செலுத்தலாம்...EB office ku போய்விட்டு வரிசையாக நிற்க தேவையில்லை

Every time app crashed and restart only no use.

Greetings! It is restricted to one service connection only. Provision to add more SC nos would help us to make payments for multiple SCs in one's name.

Good one but payment through sbi debit card is not there, only Hdfc has initiated. And I did in net banking.

Though it's too late initiative, the app functions are good. It will be useful if you can add UPI and Wallet payment options.

Finally an official app for TNEB. Good to start but need more improvements and it need to be advertised properly so then the fake apps will be beaten.

Nothing seems to work for me in this app apart from logging in.
