Finally! A very COOL and practical app for all drivers but with special features for young drivers and parents. Text and Drive Angel - a really practical and FREE app that keeps young drivers and parents informed. Helps keep away driving distractions so that you as well as your loved ones can focus on driving. Features include Fully Custom Setup, Auto Detection of driving conditions, AUDIO and TEXT Alerts, Remote Coaching and Password Protection.

Phone will automatically detect if you are driving, make phone go silent and will automatically respond to text messages without distraction. With this app your phone responds to driving conditions with Audio alerts and text alerts if needed. Text alerts will be sent to coach’s number. A GPS enabled phone is required for accuracy but NO Data Plan is required.

FEATURES -

1) FULL Customization – Custom Auto Reply, Remote Coaching with Speed Limits

a. Set up minimum speed limit (4 MPH) for auto response to text messages. The Phone will go silent for alerts with exception of phone calls and will auto reply to text message

2) TEXT and AUDIO Alerts - Silent Mode and Speeding Audio Alerts while driving

a. Phone will go silent (Block) for all alerts with exception of the very IMPORTANT Phone calls.
b. You can still the important hear phone ring for incoming call but not other distracting alerts like text messages
c. When City and Highway Speed limits have been crossed phone gives continuous audio feedback until speed comes down below set up.

3) Monitor REMOTELY

a. Remote On-demand status update via a “STATUS” text from coaching number
b. Automatically, Speeding Text Alerts are sent to coach’s number
c. Automatic City vs. Highway Mode change alert
d. Automatic Driving vs. Non-Driving mode change alert
e. Also an alert when the application is closed

4) PASSWORD protection and ENCRYPTION

a. MOST Importantly, password protected setup so drivers you want to monitor can't change it. This is optional in case you are installing the application on your own phone.

MINIMUM Requirement –

1) GPS enabled phone for accuracy (but NO Data Plan will be used)
2) Android 2.x or higher
3) Texting on both coaching number as well as driver number

Please note GPS information is logged or tracked other than location sent in an SMS alerts is needed.
