Tap Tap On Off Screen is an app that helps you reduce the intensity using the power button and protect your power button. This is smart application help you to wake up screen by wave over proximity sensor and turn off screen by double touch on home screen.
Tap Tap App Screen On Off can not occupy space quite light too much RAM. App will not cause too much battery power compared to similar applications on Google Play.

• Enable double tap turn off screen: Open app => Settings => Touch "Double Tap Home Screen" => Open set wallpaper => Set wallpaper

I've been searching for screen on/off app for my xperia c3 without flipcase and this is the best. Adjustable number waving in proximity sensor to wake up the screen and double tap to turn off the screen (real turn off and locked) works perfectly. Thank you.
