Very useful. I like not having to write down info on a piece of paper. No mistakes, and if something changes, I see it immediately. Still needs an icon/blinking status light

Not a big fan of McLeod software. After using the software Prime inc. Uses it is slow and unresponsive in comparison. In an industry where every minute counts slow response time is a big problem.
