10MinRealty allows prospective buyers or renters of real estate (home property) to get a real estate agent to the property location for a showing in minutes.

Simply take a photo of the property you want to see and the address will appear via GPS.  Tap Request a Showing and the closest licensed agent will immediately respond.  Confirm and the agent will meet you at the property in minutes.

- Search preferences option in profile allows the customer to input under the profile screen their preferences for what they are looking for. Everything from how much they want to spend, purchase or lease, square footage, number of bedrooms etc… This information is also communicated to the agent once the showing has been accepted under the customer profile tab on the agent app.
- Identified properties under contract with a ‘Pending Property’ icon. It is recommend that the customer choose another property in order to Request a Showing, Instantly!
- Should the customer be in a remote location where there are no agents available within a reasonable distance the app will calculate after a period of time that there are no agents available and that the customer should try again later.
