T-Mobile Tuesdays

Thanks for trying to "love" your customers T-mobile..or maybe NO THANKS, because your free stuff is mostly a joke and I'm pretty sure all the people that actually "win" something big are huge, fat lies you made up to get people's hopes up so they'll keep your app and keep participating every week. What a freaking scam.

It's a great app in theory but my family has never won anything. You always have two or three things available to you every week, most we don't use. When we play the weekly game we always get the things already available to us as our "prize". This could be so much better by winning things we don't already have available to us.

When this promotion 1st came out it was great. I've gotten free t-shirts, 5.00$ credits to Vudu ( which would add up and I'm avid movie watcher) and free Wendy's frosty which were great. But now, it has become frivolous and I'm feeling used. Now my experience is mostly seeing their advertisements. I understand the sponsors help support the giveaways but the exposure verses reward is incredibly lopsided and no longer a value to me to participate.

This app would be really cool if they'd just give out 2 dollar movie tickets, gas discounts and food. Instead they give subscriptions to magazines I've never heard of, discounts on websites I've never heard of, and a myriad of things that don't appeal to me in the slightest. It's a cook idea, and it's nice that it's free, I just wish they'd give out things people would actually want.

App is ok. Tmobile need to update when they're verifying the customer to automatically verify. Its frustrayed when the code comes in I go view my message come back to the app it starts all over again so I can't even get to put the code in. They keep giving a new code or the code need to expire a certain time. I can't get on my app

I love the concept of rewarding customers, but the app is terrible. Overly flashy transitions and photos that ultimately distract and annoy; an unclear user interface; and ultimately it takes several attempts for the app to work. Hopefully T-Mobile fixes these issues soon, though I suspect the silly, annoying transitions and over the top decorations are here to stay

When this first came out it had great "loot" and promotions to offer every Tuesday. Now it's just a sweepstakes and advertisment Haven with stipulations and little to no loot to speak of. By the by, the advert selling point for this app is free stuff every week to say thanks. Making me enter a sweepstakes and then telling me I lost means I got nothing free and received disappointment. Stupid app.

Concept: 4 stars: Be our customer, get stuff... App design: 2 stars: It's text! It moves! It's pics of people! It's a blank screen for 2 seconds while loads the above. Trying to look at stuff is a pain. Execution: 1.5 stars: I've never seen anything (even in the old days) I wanted... Maybe I missed all the good days, but nothing? And when even trying to look at stuff is a hassle? FAIL

When it first came out it was great. Lots of cool stuff. Any more all you get is some discounts for stuff I don't want^use or digital subscriptions to unknown magazines. Don't even check half the time anymore because there is never anything free or interesting.

I'm grateful for free stuff. However, why give away useless stuff, that you have to play for? I really HATE the stuff they give away. The stuff that they give away is so lame. I keep hoping they'll get better but they never do. It's like someone handing out garbage; yeah, it's free, but it's garbage.

Thats a great idea. I have gotten a free coffee and free pizza. Alot of my offers expired and some I simply didn't want to use. I think everyone should download this app. You are not losing anything instead gaining at least one or more offers that you can use for free. Thanks T-Mobile

Went into the store to get a new phone and am told about a new fee. The guy had the nerve to say they make it up with the T-Mobile Tuesday app and all the 'great' things you get off of it. Honestly I have never gotten anything worth having off of this. Sorry but $15 off a car ride that I will never use is pointless. Subscriptions to magazines I will never read it is super cheap to subscribe to in the first place isn't worth it. This app is a joke and reps using this app as an excuse to charge me new fees is a joke.

This app disables the soft buttons I my galaxy 18th, so I don't have access to the back button, home button, or recent apps button, and the app doesn't seem to have its own exit function. The only way I could get out of the app was to bring down the swipe down menu to make the soft buttons active again, then hit the home button, then recent apps, then close the app. Major hassle! Needs to be fixed!

Its ok whenever it decides to not freeze on me which it does 85% of the time. Never received a free movie but I do like I sometimes get a $2 movie ticket so love that but I hate how much it freezes

Cool concept and its nice if you can get it in time but nearly impossible to use the stuff in 24 hours, should extend to a week and expire it the sunday or Monday afterwards. Also, some stuff is cool but a lot of it is crap. I dont want a magazine of stuff I'm not into.

Up until this Tuesday(May 2nd), I have got nothing but useless advertisements that I never redeem. This is the first good Tuesday that really made me like the app. I was able to get a personalized Mothers Day card and a pineapple pop from Edible arrangements for free, with no hidden shipping or tax fees. If they keep giving out rewards like the ones they gave out this Tuesday, I will be very happy. Thanks a lot Tmobile!

Lame, crap, borders on fraud. Definitely a lying bunch of garbage. So I "get thanked" with the 1 year magazine subscription. Can't redeem it right away since I'm at work. Go back to the app a few hours later, and I get a message saying "We're fresh out." I call shenanigans. You don't "run out" of your promotion. More like getting a slapping than a thanking. Keep it up, T-Mobile, lose the good P.R. you're trying so desperately to get through this lame app.

Pretty much your told what your gonna get in your message. All the big "prizes" they offer never happened. It was cool with the Wendy's frost and subway's cookies for free. Even the $2 tickets are but what if your married and have a joint account. How you both get it if you used the card? Plus the redeems are the same.

Working great then on Wednesday the app lost all the items in my stuff and all the other folders are empty too. It is currently broken. Sent three emails and no communications and no support. If everything works it's great, but as soon as there us a problem, your screwed.

I've had this app for months now and I have never gotten anything good I always get the worst prize they are giving away... deleting to free up space for better things... and I'd give 0 stars if I could

The loots used to be better. Now it's irrelevant stuff no one uses. I really LOVED the dunking donuts Gift cards. You should bring that back way more often. My friend switched to t mobile just because of that !

I have had the app for two months now and have yet to get anything useful. I have been a t-mobile customer since 2003 so I doubt I'm going to leave t-mobile and go to sprint like one person suggested. I will however uninstall and let other know it was a waste of time. Also, the repeated updates have caused me to forget to go back in so I missed out trying to get something useful and have found no benefits from the updates.

This was okay when they were giving out pizza but it's now a bunch of stuff that pretty much nobody wants or has even heard of. The layout of the app is also fairly terrible and the unnecessary use of immersive mode is just silly. The "games" are also pointless and they make it clear that you're not actually playing to win anything, just to waste time.

Tried to redeem the 30% off 1800Flowers but the stupid app had an internal error. I tapped redeem again and it said I already claimed it. I know the stuff from this app is free but TMobile seriously sucks for this. So glad I'm switching carriers soon.

Too many updates. Every week when I have too open this app up, there is always a mandatory update. I end up having to uninstall apps to make room for these updates that take up a lot of storage. You guys also make it very difficult to manage stuff on your website, leaving me no choice but to use your space hogging apps. Not very happy.

LG G5 has no physical navigation buttons. Swiping from the bottom gets timed out extremely fast while in this app. Allow OS navigation buttons so that ALL phones work well with this app. There is no reason to cut out other sound for this app. Even with sound disabled in settings, music gets cut off by opening this app.

I think the app is a great way to give back to your customers. However, the game to win something is a joke to me. It seems like the prize is always the free gift you're going to get anyway. But like I said it's a great app for free stuff.

Had to change my 5* to 1*. This new Redbox deal is dumb. Not everyone has a credit card, or one that they want to put in Redbox. Go back to fandango or VUDU. That was way better. Will Change back 2 5* if you change back this month. If not it will stay a 1*.

I like the little perks, but it seems like winning is impossible... I've been playing basically every week since launch, and the stock reward is the only time I remember getting anything cool. Also, the vibration during the games is horrible... Even on silent my phone buzzes loud enough to wake the girlfriend.

Very invasive. Makes phone vibrate a lot even in silent, no vibrate mode. I don't like it. Also it shouldn't start after booting, and keep running in the background. Plus no need to access all contacts.

App glitches and doesn't let me access anything every week. Go to the website and the same thing. What a waste. It used to work perfectly, I don't know what happened.

This app is over-the-top cheesy. It was worth it when the loot was actually good. But I don't know how many times I'll turn down electronic subscriptions to magazines that are pointless.

Week after week it gives out useless stuff. I get it it's a freebie thing but why give people false hope by showing big prizes every week when chances of winning are like one in million or worse.

Almost everything you still have to pay for, or just get a small percentage off, time limit to redeem is incredibly short. The best things they had was the movie rentals credits, and lyft credits, but they rarely have those now. Was a good idea since they have no loyalty programs, but not anymore.

I played and got a year magazine subscription and went to redeem and tmobile app said they were out but did not offer something in replacement. Not first time its happened and otherwise I would give 5 stars cuz I do love the app but between inability to redeem and the absurdly short time frame to do so it only deserves 3 stars.

The good rewards are seriously unattainable. It's a given we're gonna get the crap small prize. It'd be nice to win better useful crap prizes unlike planting a tree for free. Can we get a real chance to win something decent.

Not working for prepaid customers right now though it's supposed to be. Have an open trouble ticket with T-Mobile but no ETA on a fix.

Rewards are usually useless and nothing interesting. Ever once in a blue moon when something interesting does show up, you only have 1 day to claim and use it. You have to plan your life around the chance of getting something interesting.

Such scam as they always"just"ran out or EXPIRES just hours later. Then insult us by wording it saying how lucky we are and how much we love their crap and that u can actually"GLOAT NOW"over the crap they never give anyway. How insulting!

My problem with this app is they advertise all these big grand prizes and they only let you win the small prizes that they give to everybody for free already. You really don't have to play the game because whatever you are about to win is something you were already given in the "My Stuff" section. They small prizes are okay but not great. The best thing that they offered was a free pizza.
