I was having issues with my Samsung and called into T-Mobile. The technician, Francis helped me out in under 4 minutes. He heard how my phone call would create a screeching sound and thankfully he called me back. New free SIM card on it's way and I hope this resolves my issue.

Can't use it. It tells me my password is incorrect. To reset password I type in my billing zip. It tells me that's incorrect. It brings up a captcha test, I type in the code. It locks me out of my account temporarily. In otherwords, T-mobile doesn't want me accessing My account. This is the 3rd time I've done this I don't want to call or go to the store to reset my password every time I want to look at my account.

I've been with T-Mobile for 15 years and never have had a problem. The app makes bill paying so easy. When my daughter is old enough, I will definitely be getting her a plan thru T-Mobile. Keep up the wonderful service!!

Oh my gosh, so shipping for my new devices/ plan was a little rocky on the tracking end, my service is amazing, data quality (videos etc.) Is awesome, Bill is like 60$ lower than sprint, and so many perks! Oh and no long, super automated menus before reaching customer service! The app rocks as does everything about t mobile!

Cannot update password. Receive "we are having trouble with our servers, please try again later." I couldn't do anything til I updated my password, so that meant the app became totally useless to me. Had to call customer care instead. This error message has been a problem for months now.

I drive a truck across country and there a few spots i hate going. For the most part tho i can keep pandora playing all day. Glad its free internet for netflix as well. EDIT. I haven't been able to use this app for a few months now and t mobile will not return any emails.

I'm amazingly happy that I switched to T-Mobile. The service is great and this app is WAY better than any other carrier app I've ever used. (I've had AT&T and Sprint previously.) I can find everything I'm looking for in this app which included nearly accurate data rates and breakdowns of my entire bill. On a side note, logging in with my fingerprint makes this app feel more updated than many other apps I've used. It's great! Keep it up!

The app is only useful to see my balance. Everything is too hard to find. I always have to go to the full website or in most cases call for info. Waste of time. I can't even y'all what plan I'm on. There's 3 lines but everything isn't accurate...just confusing.

Extremely useful with a few issues. First, the account setting for managing you plan aren't laid out in a very user friendly way. Be prepared to dig through menus and memorize setting locations. The interface itself appears to be a combination of different ideas almost to the point of looking like one team picked up the project from another. These normally would be irritating for any other app but being able to have granular control over my account through the app is a worthwhile tradeoff. TL;DR: Granular control over account to the point of paying bills at the cost of quirks that will leave you questioning your sanity.

NO MATTER WHAT HOW MANY TIMES YOU CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY CAN NEVER RESOLVE YOUR ISSUE. I BOUGHT NEW PHONES and IT STILL DIDN'T HELP. I HAVE A BOOSTER in my HOUSE AND STILL MY CALLS GET DROPPED!!! HAVE YOU EVER HEARD OF THIS .... You buy a new phone they replace it with a ... REFURBISHED ONE ... !!! Up until this latest version I enjoyed the application and used it often. Something has happened in this update that it is refusing to allow me to login keeps telling me that the server is unavailable. Application is worthless if you cannot use it

Thanks for fixing the T-Mobile app. I'm glad samsung finally figured it out. Now, if I could only win a big prize on T-Mobile Tuesday's. My birthday is right around the corner. 8/9. A new phone would be awesome.. Hint hint.... :)

T MOBILE is very reliable when it comes to making payment and is a network unlike any other who doesn't try to rip you off like by giving you a extra tablet. Not telling u that u will then have to pay additional money loved it.

As many times as i shut this app down and block it, it keeps coming back to life. Worthless piece of malware. Hey, Tmo! When users want to disable your garbage, why not just allow them to?

I have been involved with cell phones since 2004. I used to sell Sprint, AT&T, Cingular, Verizon, & T-Mobile. Out of all of them, T-Mobile has edged out all competition as the best overall carrier. If they could get a better price point than the others on average, none of the other carriers would ever catch them! Winning JD Powers awards, again and again, for outstanding customer service, I give them 4 stars. Perfection is 5 stars & they are not perfect yet. :)

Technical difficulties 8 out of 10 times you try to use it, several missing options that force you to go to the website. Not a reflection on T mobile though, I love you guys. But work on your app please...

Not really sure what this app suppose to do. It used to work but for the past year I can't use it. Anytime I try to open or see something the app doesn't download, better said it freezes. The only thing that I can see is the welcome page

I am on T-Mobile prepaid (using a Tmobile Samsung On5 phone). I originally was having trouble with accessing this app. It would always crash and I'd get the message "Unfortunately, T-Mobile has stopped". I contacted T-Mobile about the problem and they told me to try and access the app on the T-Mobile network only (instead of wifi). I would still get the error message. Not sure if this would remedy the situation for anyone else, but it appears to work for me. I uninstalled any updates to the T-Mobile app and rolled back to the original version that came pre-installed on my phone. I then cleared the phone's cache, rebooted it. Once rebooted, I disabled wifi, so I was only using my T-Mobile data. I then opened up Google Play and proceeded to download the latest version of the T-Mobile app. I let it install and opened it (all while using mobile data and not wifi). After using the app first time over the T-Mobile network, you should be ok to turn the wifi back on your phone. The key is to download and first use of the app must be with T-Mobile data and NOT wifi I never had any connection problems since then with the app. Hopefully this will help others, but YMMV. Love T-Mobile. I love everyone at the Marley station mall T-Mobile store. They are very helpful they explain what they are doing and teach you how to do things on your phone. They don't make you feel stupid. Thanks T-Mobile for hiring awesome people.

Love the new fingerprint sign in! App is so convenient. Works great and I can access all info needed. Only slight issue is that diagnostic says to disable talkback but it's already disabled in my phone's settings.

It looks nice but how nice things look is just candy for the shallow minded. I am still looking for its usefulness. It is an app that tells me what my phone already tells me. It is slow to get this info that is already readable without the app. It is more advertisement for more tmobile services than it is an app. It is very inaccurate it doesn't tell you current usage it tells you usage since you last cleared its cash so it can be completely inaccurate. Just another pointless untrustable resource user

Only good for account balance, data balance, and payment. When trying to use any other functions receive an error; most common can't access servers at this time try back later

I think the app works smoothly, and information is easy to find. I do wish there was an option to see specific charges on the billing side (see a complete breakdown of the bill), but over all, it works for basic purposes.

It just doesnt work properly,it crashes a lot the sensor keeps failing when I try to log in, and when I want to know about my account and refresh it the app won't let me or it would redirect me to the web page. If you could at least try to fix it I would gladly give it more stars.

Have not been able to get it to open since last update on Note5 . Pay attention Tmobile fix the damn app it has been over a month since I reported the issue to your tech support department. I reported the problem witj the app not working in June this is the end of July and the app issue on the. Note 5 is still present. Hey T-Mobile app tech reps get off your lazy asses and fix the damn thing already

This app is broken. It won't open. It crashes every time I start it. It gets to "Setting you up" and then force closes. Hasn't been fixed in at least a month. Update (7/24): Just updated the app. It's even worse now. Barely gets to "Setting you up". Crashes almost immediately now.

App data collection fuction doesn't work on galaxy s8 plus. Others I know with this phone have same issue. On and off for almost two month's and three tickets laterT Mobile help and app developers haven't been able to resolve the issue.

I was with Verizon for years but got sick of the imaginary charges left & right.. with Tmobile my bills pretty much the same every month & if something comes up financially they work with you I absolutely love tmobile I'd never switch carriers!! :)

Updated yesterday to take advantage of finger print sing in. At first after setting it up, I was able to enter my account and it was fast and good, but today wanted to log in, scan the finger, and still password box was there and it wanted me to type it.

So I own the Coolpad Defiant and it's actually a pretty good phone. The only issue I have is the amount of internal memory it lacks. See I bank on memory due to all the apps I use. I guess it's off to T-Mobile or Walmart next Tuesday (payday) for an SD card. Oh one more thing... they need to update all the new phone to the newest battery card. That way the customer isn't sitting around for hours waiting on a full charge. Thank you T-Mobile!!!

Taxes and fees are included in your bill. I have strong service where I live. I have unlimited talk/ text and data at 4g LTE speed. Unlimited hotspot at 4GLTE speed. Even after the magic number of GB they say they could throttle you I have not experienced any issues. My bill is $95 a month. I would be paying probably 40 dollars a month extra to have seperate internet from a company. So the $25 dollars I added on to get the unlimited wifi hotspot brought my bill to a total of $95,and is well worth it.

This version is leaps and bounds over the old version. Having important information at the lead page is great! Still would like to see better bill notifications. I'll get an email a couple of days after I've already paid my bill saying I owe for the previous month and the next billing cycle....That's the only drawback to T-Mobile. Love their service and their signal is getting stronger every month it seems!!!
