T-Mobile CallerTunes®

It worked fine, the idiots at T-mobile unsubscribe me, so I resubscribe only to find that it no longer functions well. Epic fail T-mobile. I'm a tech teacher and I know flawed and buggy technology and I'm sure you will continue to overcharge me for this substandard program that is poorly functioning. Corporate vultures.

I have had caller tunes for many years and never had a problem so I got the Galaxy 6 I cannot stand this phone Id give anything to get my old phone back not to mention they kept my sim card with all my information on it and I asked for it back and he told me I didn't need it.. I have to keep on downloading caller tunes over and over and it gets very annoying I hate this app and this phone and T Mobile

This doesn't even work for me anymore. It says I have to verify my phone number and make sure I'm connected to Wi-Fi first. I have tried both at work and at my house and it won't let me verify my phone number and it keeps thinking I'm not connected to Wi-Fi or 4g when I obviously am...

Wanted to use it to put my own stuff had to record what I wanted off another phone and than some times it works and sometimes it changes itself. Tmobile and their plans are starting to become just hype and everything half ass works

You all out the blue uninstall me just so we can pay, the songs are no longer 99 cents, you removed the most of the songs from the liabary that was not expired yet that I paid for most of the ? Songs cut off right at the good part! I mean why would you sham Bam us folks that's been loyal and tuck in wit y'all 4 years??? BAD BIDNESS!!!

I have came back to this app time and time again thinking that the gospel caller tunes would be updated and you still have the same music for years. If I could give it no stars I would. GET NEW MUSIC

Said I needed to update so I did and now it freezes constantly upon opening. Can't even use it. And of course it happens on the only day the app is actually usable.

Where is Ringback Butler?!? I find 1 lousy Latin or whatever kind of guy, that's not even clear and other artists!?! I'm canceling, I want Ringback Butler!! Notify me if you bring back what was good already, you made it sorry!! BOOOOO!!!

Its so dumb I try to install this app so I can set up a ring back for my callers and it takes me to where it's sends you a code but when you put the code in. It comes back with a bunch of bs that it's having problems. There isn't any other app that I can use for my service.but this one. Either fix it or remove it????

This app has been free for the longest time and I get a text saying I decided to discontinue callertunes?? I call tmobile and they say oh it's costs to have it now...As much as I pay for my tmobile bill already! Really looking for a new service provider!!

I've been with T-Mobile for many years and have always used the caller tunes.. Started having problems with my voice mail, come to find out it's the caller tunes.. Now I do d out your charging do e dollars a month... On topofwhat my bill is.. real sad T-Mobile... real sad..

I can't open it. It stops loading at 10%

There's enough content for this newer generation of music but there's so many old school artists missing for the store. So many old school songs that should be in here. Would be nice if we can request songs to be added.

Really hating the lack of new latin songs. Thinking of canceling. Same songs the past 6 months.

I like that you brought back the playlist feature. Now can you bring back the time specific feature that you can play a callertune in the morning, day, evening & night or choose your own time frames. Thank you

i hate that now when calling my ph all it does is ring, no music, and i, tried going to manage caller tunes like they said, and it tells me Tmobile does not have access, im getting charged for nothing.. not happy at all....

FIRST IT'S PLAYLISTS BEING ASSIGNED TO CONTACTS..I WONT EVEN GO DOWN THE LIST...NOW YOU CANT PURCHASE TUNES TO BE BILLED TO YOU ACCOUNT. 3.99 FOR 2 TUNES. I DONT UNDERSTAND THIS. I UPGRADED TO PREMIUM CALLER TUNES AND THIS IS WHAT I GET? AND AFTER ALL THIS, I OPEN THE APP TO FIND EVERY PLAYLIST I CREATED IS GONE ALONG WITH EVERYTHING else they've reduced the groups to five callers, no more playlists. I used to love this app. I dont mind price increase, but don’t take away the features that attracted everyone in the first place

Unreliable, choices for music was horrible. Basically an app with no quality. Disappointed.

I think the cost increased to $5, and again, I cannot get access to Playlist, I can shuffle, but not the selected songs that I wanted to select. This service sucks! I may stop with caller tunes, always issues :-(

This app won't even allow me to get past he first screen. It shows that its loading. After it reaches 10% it freezes.

Installed, received code to verify phone. Pin rejection followed by "We're sorry, this....by T-MOBILE ....no longer available". Nice 2 know b4 DWNLD, eh?

this is a highly disappointing app the only reason I keep it is from what I've already invested into it. Found out I purchased songs and then when my subscription expired it will not allow you to open and access the song you have already purchased unless you renew your subscription.
