Its a great app

I stopped at the birth date on the registration page. I am over 40, it would have taken a long time to get to my year of birth going one month at a time. Should have the option to just type it in.This registration is ridiculous. I'll just mail mine in, thanks.

This app and the people at globe life need worked on. Neither can get anything right.I have been trying to update my email address through this app for 6 months and still it hasn't been done.

It's comes handy when you need to pay my premium..especially when all customer services are busy, and when you can't connect to the automated service

Can't register because the stupid calendar it makes you use is 2017 and if you were born in 1960, have fun backing up one month at a time for 50 plus years to get to your birth year. SUCKS!! I won't be registering on this stupid app.

Had a bad experience with the app.... Paid premium every month to only receive mail notice that kids insurance had lapsed... Good thing i kept confirmation numbers.. Pay over the phone now only use app to keep up with premiums paid

great app! i got frustrated trying to pay through the globe site from my phone every month, as a computer isn't always readily available. using the app just now was a breeze to pay both my husband's and daughter's accounts- i was finished in under a minute!

All they want to due is collect your. money. They lie and create series of snares to keep you stuck.They will collect premiums and not provide insurance for those who the payment is made these people are out right stealing.

I keep getting a notice in red that there's a problem with the connection. This has kept me from making my payment

At first it was easy and convenient. I added my family's policies with ease. Now with the update the app doesn't load at all. Samsung galaxy 5 user.
