App sucks now. Used to be so simple but now it doesn't remember my login info, doesn't recognize my thumbprint anymore because it doesn't save my login, and it asks for verification codes for every little change that you try make. Just so complicated now for no reason. I never review apps, so this shows just how angry I am. Ridiculous.

New 'Update' today SUCKS!!! do not ask my verificatio question when I told you not to, the same car I entered IS my first car - believe me I was there when I bought it! Should NOT have to uninstall to get the dumb thing to work!

Complete POS, why is it so hard to remember me and my device? Plus, if I only have ONE account, stop asking which one I want to access.

Was a good app but recently it stopped being able to accept my fingerprint as a way to login. This is weird because it still stay "fingerprint recognized"

The more the app gets updated the worse it becomes.

This app is more secure than both my banking and credit card combined

I don't know what this app does. It's absolute junk and not worth your time. Somebody is horrible at their job. I would be embarrassed.

I hate this app, i have to go through 15 minutes question EVERY TIME I LOG IN. This app is ridiculous.

Please fix bugs before you update app. An update shouldn't break current functionality. Who is testing the updated app before pushing it out to consumers?

This app is garbage. Every time I log in I have to answer a security question, I check that I'm on a personal device, and I have to agree to the tos, which sends me an email congratulating me on agreeing to the tos. EVERY TIME. I'm considering refinancing my loan just so I don't have to use this app anymore.

Finger recognition does not work. You still have to enter username and password even though it recognizes your fingerprint. QR scanner doesn't work neither. Not too impressed.

Keeping my 1 star review because it keeps telling me "bad request" and that it's having technical difficulties when trying to register my account. Also wouldn't let me use the QR code for registration because of ANOTHER technical difficulty. Very inconvenient. May change my review later if the app ever actually works.

My phone auto updates app, so I'm assuming there was an update because now I'm able to access the app. Hopefully it doesn't give me any more problems.

It can get incredibly annoying receiving the introduction email everytime it updates or if I sign on to it from another device as if I was setting up the online account for the first time. Im very likely to just go with the website via computer and stop using the app because of this. besides that so far it's been very useful at monitoring my account status.

Terrible. Makes you go through the user agreement every time you log in. Makes you go through security questions every time. Once you do get logged in actual payment is quick.

Everytime I try to make a payment it tells me there's a connection problem or some kind of error occurred I called them and they told me that it's my bank I contact my bank and there is no problem so evidently it's this app doesn't work and they don't want to fix it

Should record log in info. It's not like if you can take money out! ???? Make it save log in info, or give the option to apply for the Toyota creddit card too.

So yall just aren't gonna fix this app? I cannot even log in no matter what I do. Its been like this for over a year and I try it every now and then, hoping itll be fixed but it never is... I loved using it for the short time it worked cause it allowed me to make multiple payments in one month. Please fix this app so I can pay my bill with it again!! ????????

This app sucks donky balls at least some of the people could create an account I could not even do that. This app has more problems then Obama care and Trump combined

Worthless might as well just use the website, the app won't save your login info. What's the point to use an app if it's not any faster than going to the website

The previous version won't let me make a payment ! It is forcing me to download the new app which keeps saying "pending". This is B.S. ! This app sucks !

I've had no problems until this update which you have no choice to do because the old one says update to new version.. I go to update, there isn't a choice for that. It says uninstall or open! WTH!!

This app is pointless. It always says my username and password is incorrect. Yet I go through the website and imagine that, they work just fine. It keeps telling me I have to enable fingerprint, in my phone settings. Which it is and I use it on other Apps, without a problem. As for how the app actually works, once you gain access, I have no clue because I've never ever been able to get into this app
