Terrible, all I'm trying to do is make a payment. Now I'm locked out... I can't wait this loan is paid off and never get a Lexus ever again just due to this crappy app

Since the update, have not been able to login in. Put in all my credentials and it just does nothing when I hit enter.

Worst Pplication from Lexus. most of the times it gives error when trying to login.

I'm not a fan of the colors used in the new icon. You can barley see the text. ????

The update was a waste of space. I can't log in now.

Can't pay with a credit card only blank checks. Who uses checks still?

Horrible app. Unable to update...website is slow...not happy with the service. It is a great car brand though; only reason why I'll stick with it...

Im not sure what happened but while trying to log in this app always says "your request can not be completed at this time, please try again later" 2 months later isnt enough i guess. Very inconvenient as ive used this app to pay for over a year.

Bad bad bad, it just keeps saying try again later when I try to open it!!! It's just irritating

Works fine for me. Bill paying is easy. It's a little plain but straightforward nonetheless.

Been trying to set up my account on the app for days. States to try again later, just like my Enform Remote App. None of the Lexus Apps have worked for me. Awkward.

It works great, great app. Some people lacks of neurons and can't use it..

Says can't find account. Uninstalling.

Been trying to register for weeks. I get to the very end to submit and I get a window that says we are experiencing technical difficulties and Try later. What's the point. I'm just trying to pay my bill .

Lexus please fix the issues with this app! Clearly customers are upset

Doesn't scan, or work in any way. Unfortunately no one cares.

The scanner reads it correctly but it does not work at the end.

Shame on you Lexus! We expect a 100% reliable app in line with Lexus reputation and reliability. Twice, scheduled payments were confirmed yet Lexus Financial had no record of payments via app. Will no longer use this worthless app.

There are several numerical-only fields that don't have the edittext properties set properly which made text entry a pain. The UI is god-awful. Blatant iOS rip off with no Android design pattern usage at all. Looks like all the assets are mdpi or ldpi because everything was terribly pixilated on my device. App needs some TLC. New version 1.1.3 displays text twice but slightly offset. Did you test this?

The app told me 12 times that my password was wrong when the real issue was the username. Taking the numbers out of my username allowed me to register in the app. :-/

So much luxury, yet so bad their service. Can't recognize qr scan, doesn't recognize my account. So far I'm unable to pay online . ain't that great

Well, they finally listened. It has been fixed! Application is now following LEXUS Standards!!

Trying to pay my bill use to work very well..Guess I'll keep my payment for this month..

No longer able to log into my account. It just remains on a loop.

Saves time makes my payments fast no more sending letters. For some reason doesnt let me see my payoff information kinda dissapointing
