Honestly one star is way too many for this app. Half the time it says it scans but doesn't give me anything and when I try to rescan it says I already claimed my reward for the day. Miserable app.

This app absolutely sucks! It USED to be great. I just freed up some space by deleting this app. Not that I was in need of extra space, but this app isn't even worth wasting space on. If you can't log in, you can't use any of the features. Shame, shame, shame on you, Front Flip! Galaxy S8 on T-Mobile network

I was not able to sign up. I tried to sing up with facebook and it kept failing. I then tried to just register with my email but it wouldn't let me select my country. It wouldn't let me register without selecting a country.

Like the app, constant 'rate me' messages even after I rated it are getting on my nerves now though. Update as of April 2017 : Now it's no longer even usable, any attempt to scan a code results in a "empty" reward being added to the app that is not available in the rewards section. Trying to re-scan gives you the "already been scanned" error .

Every time I try to scan it scans but then freezes. I try to scan again and it says I have reached my limit, has done it with 3 phones. Junk

Used to work now since most recent updates won't login. Have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. Even tried my husband's phone and same thing. Please fix.

It's still a good app. I had trouble with it while at a Restraunt: I tapped sign in with Facebook, it would come up with a green circle that goes in a circle, but it won't let me log in with Facebook. Please fix.

I had to uninstall this app because it no longer lets me login and before that it seldom took me to scratch off page. It basically became worthless, sorry to say.

Not a very well written app. 1) Current version does not allow for persistent sign-on (this was available in older versions) 2) Uses GPS to find your location (Google Location Services will give you the same information without running battery draining GPS. Besides the last time I checked GPS does not work inside a building) 3) Notifications on winning a prize, however when you open the app there is nothing. 4) Nonexistent customer service (it went down hill ever since the company was sold. It has been over a year since the last update on their Facebook/Twitter/Instagram accounts) I thought this was an internet facing company.

This app hasn't worked in months. Don't offer the possibility of prizes at retailers if you can't actually redeem them. I used to love this app but I'm this close to uninstalling it permanently

I used to love this app. It used to be easy to use and I would get alot of discounts or free items. Now it doesn't work. Cannot sign in at all. Unfortunate with my birthday in a week and a half.

TERRIBLE!! When app actually let's you log in you scan a barcode only to have it show a blank screen most of the times. Useless. I think the app has worked maybe 5 times total for me.

Useless. Nothing close to me and I live in a big city.

Decent UI....just not enough places to use it sufficiently. And now I seem to be unable to get in the app at all.

When starting up the app, it freezes my whole phone. Just sucks, doesn't allow me to log into Facebook or register.

App hasnt worked in Kansas City for weeks. Establishments that have the codes have to apologize because it doesn't work. Ridiculous.

I scan the card and can't scratch the box anymore. I can't ev ed my see history. This app used to work great.

Wont let me sign in with my email or with my facebook on my lg g6... So its not worth my time or frustration

Does not work with Android on Verizon network. I have deleted and reinstalled multiple times. ZERO customer support

App has not worked since latest update. Now says the app is in development mode and fails

Hasn't worked the last few times I've scanned the bar code. Shows reward available but will not give you the scratcher to see what you've won. The last two updates have both been like this. Almost ready to uninstall altogether.

It's scans but no scratcher pops up, and now it doesn't even open! Please contact.

After previously logging in via Facebook, I now get a login failure error.

The app doesn't work all the time. I get the spinning hamster wheel too many times

I have used it at a few different places and it has not given me anything no scratcher at all to scratch it trys to load then just disappears.

Won't let me open scanned rewards when signed in to Frontflip thru facebook...frustrating.

I used to like this app as the frequency of winning was quite high. But less places accept it now where I live (also where it was founded), than used to. The free "gifts" are usually pretty crappy. Also the app doesn't have a persistent login. It's not a banking app. I shouldn't have to log in every time I open it. Uninstalling.

It used to be amazing, but it has stopped working for nearly all Android users that come into the store. You can scan, and it says you have a reward, but you can't view it or use it. Hope it's fixed soon! 5 star app without this problem

Scanned the QR code. The scratch screen never loaded. I scanned the code again and it said my daily limit had been reached. I then searched for a solution and saw that if I won it would be under the reward tab. I clicked the tab because it showed 1 reward. However, it loads nothing except what you could win. Absolutely frustrating.

I used this app for years and all of a sudden it stopped working. Trying emailing to tell them about it and got no response. Guess I will have to delete it

Still doesn't work for Samsung Galaxy s7. I'll scan a code but it won't take me to the screen where I scratch to see if I won anything. Absolutely worthless.
