New update is horrible! Notifications are horrible! I get the same notification multiple times. What is with this counter on the icon? I have no idea what it's for and it randomly goes down even though I check all the notifications. Should be a way to reset this. Should also allow parent to filter what notifications we want. I don't need to see every diaper change. I should be able to exclude certain activities.

App updated and now doesn't work. Why would the app need access to my location and media? There's no settings option. Whoever is designing this app, ask them to stop and hire another vendor to build the app.

With the new version, I get constant alerts for every diaper change and can't turn them off. When I click on them, the app freezes. I don't get any photos anymore. I also can't switch between children. So frustrating!!!

This app is a terrific idea but it needs a ton more work. 1) it's a battery drain. It takes too long to refresh and contributed to battery drain, 2) doesn't load child's report correctly. When a notification is received and clicked it is supposed to take you right to the child's report. However, I have 2 children on the app and almost all the time it loads the report for one child under the name of the other. Then when I do a pull down to refresh the page goes blank and says "Tap to load more" ... More ...

Hasn't been working properly since day one. Just awful!ranting here is not going to help, so I'm going to stop there.

Now I don't even get any daily notifications. Htc 10 6.0.1 needs save photo to device and option to choose notification sound. Why do you need my location and access to my contacts???

It freezes all the time. I only get updates half the time so I end up having to call the daycare for updates.

Clumsy app and the updates seem to break things that were working how i expected them to. I also find it annoying that I can't save pics to my device? Do i have to upload to google photos just to save a pic? The constant notifications (sometimes 15 in a row are annoying). Overall just not a great experience.

Great concept but that's all it is. Nothing works. Pictures don't show, time stamps are off, notification icons don't disappear, etc... Instead of pushing out software that's in development, maybe wait until it's in a stable and usable state? You shouldn't make parents beta testers for your proof of concept...

Basic functionality with an archaic interface. Also, doesn't have the standard badge clear function inherently. There are development platforms that auto input this sort of frameworks in for you these days....

There are definitely some good improvements with the 2.2 version. Keep it up

The concept is wonderful. The execution needs a lot of work. Activity tab doesn't load timely. I'm getting pictures a week later and notifications that pop up but don't have attachments. There doesn't appear to be a daily report like the manual centers used to have - not sure if that's a class thing or policy change i.e. my child had daily reports in toddlers at another center but doesn't get it in pre school.

Activity view is a mess. Timeline is sometimes duplicated. Attachements load sometimes. Hard to tell when a new day starts. App crashes often or requires a force restart. iOS version seems to be much more stable and this is just a poor port. I would also love a feature to limit was notifications I get. For example i don't need a notification every time my kid has a diaper change, but i wan to see all the photos.

Needs some work,but not bad

We as a parent only get daily report from this app. Without this app, then you don't get anything. After the app update, it doesn't work as it used to be. Pls don't put out software that doesn't work. Updated 11/15: finally working but only show half day of activities. I don't think they really care if the apps works or not. Updated: only shows activity till 3 pm. I start to think is never going to work properly. I already gave up. What a waste of money

The Childid issue is a concern but I know the dev team is working on it to address the issue asap. There is a workaround but hopefully it's fixed soon for those who already have it installed and experiencing the issue. Other than that the app has come a long way and I look forward to future enhancements.

Works so great. Every now and then an error with loading but usually resolved quickly.

Technology ang livelehood education

You get what you pay for, TLE. The app design and development are so poorly executed. This is the result of being cheap, you can see it a mile away. That's too bad because you could have used this opportunity to delight parents with an experience that connected them to their child each day. Instead, it's a pain point and chore to discover what they did all day. Please scrap this project and bring the papers back.

Problem is fixed by removing the app, power off device, wait few seconds while is off and then reinstall. Developer, It looks like the cache is not removed completely after update/uninstall.

I like being able to get occasional updates and pictures. Also, submitting an absence is easy.

Complete garbage.. They always manage to break more then they fix on a release. App won't even load now just says error has occurred even after phone restart and app reinstall.

Between the constant loading, repeat activity display (while scrolling), and numerous attempts it takes to even view a single day's activity...this application is not worth the frustration. Your latest update to "fix activity/notification refresh", has now rendered the app completely useless. Please fix the bugs and ERRORS that are constantly received by your users. I will update the rating once an improvement is seen. "Unexpected error occurred." Same message EVERY time since update. #fixplease

Perpetually broken. All the time it says unexpected error. Missed a lot of notifications as we get it only through this app. Please fire the it team and get someone who knows how to develop an Android app. User experience is pathetic at best

Terrible app for android. It never works. I either get the same notification 800 times or don't get it at all. I previously owned an iPhone and never had any issues with the app.

TLE needs to fire these developers and hire some of the kids at the centers who I'm sure could write a better app. The icon shows how many notifications I have, but when I open the app all I get is errors.

An app to help parents be connected with their kids in day care should not be troubling/worrying the parents more than what they already are. This is pretty bad guys. Does anyone even take this seriously? -- A very upset mom!!

The app hasn't been working for well over a week now. There are constant updates which introduce more issues than are fixed. When it does actually work, it takes a long time to load.

The system crashes all the time. I don't know why I even bother. HATE IT!!

Constant slew of bugs, unusable app on any given day.

Since the newest update I kept getting the error message. But after logging out of the app And logging back in it is working

Getting better. Duplicate notifications are gone & the random number that appeared on top is gone. But now the activity logged doesn't give me times, just says days ago etc. I'm sure you guys are working on this! Thanks. Like someone else said, would like to pick & choose which notifications I want.
