It wont working set it up and when I put my phone to sleep and woke up its still not working. How do I make it work still seeing my security settings previously used not the ones or from the app.... Please help me...

Galaxys6 edge user. Had app for a week now and so far so good. Loved opening my phone and seeing pics of my love on the screen as well as personalizing the on screen message. Just like unlocking the key to my heart!
