Glitchy, slow, doesn't always log you in. TV shows are choppy. Love my RCN at home but this app stinks.

Doesn't work on Android or even on my MacBook Pro. Can't watch anything, EVER. Also can't figure out if I must have a Tivo (I don't) to make it work? The instructions are so poorly written that it's totally unclear. Waste of time!

I'm in NYC right now, and forgot to record the pats-Broncos game. Got in to my tivo through this, set it up! saw my other recorded shows too, so it's working.

What, you can't download shows to the SD card? Horrible.

I was so happy to have on the go tv but it never works for me. I called RCN Customer service and they couldn't help. They are saying that it should work because it's working for her. Can you please fix this problem RCN. Why do you have a "on the go." And it does go with me?

Terrible. Currently can't change the time on the guide and the date is stuck with Feb 14 as the lastet day I can view. Prevents me from recording anything. Unfortunately the web version of rcn2go is just as awful.

This is the worst app that I have ever downloaded. Most of the people give this app a 1 star and I agree. I don't see responses from RCN acknowledging the problems with its app. It's as if RCN could care less. They just want you to pay your bill. I'm thinking about contacting my local television station consumer division to see if they can obtain an answer from RCN as to why their TiVo is so poor. I may go back to Verizon because you can watch all of your recorded shows on the go and you don't have to download them like RCN.

This app is very bad it dosent even connect and i have data. I give it thumbs down.

One of the most poorly constructed applications I've ever used. Connection to TiVo on the local network is constantly severed, requiring me to manually reconnect. All around terrible experience.

Keeps locking up. It was a good app before this update. Did you guys ever hear of "beta testing"????

Fix the account number portion. It doesn't allow you to input it.

Should be removed until it actually works. I love RCN as a service but this is horrible. I can't even sign in.

This app flat out doesn't work and customer service doesn't even know how to use it or correct it.

The simple process of logging in makes it so that I don't want to use it anymore. I tried this app a few months ago with the same problems and saw that many of the comments were the same. Why haven't they fixed what seems like a simple thing.

Useless. Says there is no streaming network but our two boxes are connected with cable not wi-fi. We live in a high rise and the steel stud walls and concrete columns would not allow a fast enough wi-fi connection. I thought they would have used the regular RCN INTERNET we have but no. It is looking for the boxes to be wi-fi connected which we do not have. Not intuitive.

After using smart phones for years, this is perhaps the worst excuse for an app. that I have used; it fails on all my portable devices. RCN does not even attempt to update this product, the last update was September 2015!

Never works the way it should. Hardly connects. Slow download. Constantly says it has errors sometimes in the middle of show and then you have to delete and re download. Fix this app!

It's a wonderful thing that RCN want customers to access thier movies on the go but a wonderful idea that is not fulfilled is useless. I have tried on many occasions to use this app but it never worked. I un installed it and reinstalled it, I spent my time with technical support, to no avail. If RCN wants 5 stars from me, you have to do better and service your customers with better services in total. Your tivo service is cool but your apps sucks.

Everytime i try and log in it says network error. Your programmers arent doing a thorough job. And theres a glitch where you enter your account number. The fields aren't set up right. Theres 3 fields and only one allows you to type. Its only big enough to see 2 characters at a time and want accept enough for the whole account number. Please fix!!

I knew it was to good to be true for this app. Nothing works like it says it should, i set up streaming thinking it meant i could away from home, WRONG, why the heck would i want to watch my DVR on my phone at home? That is just stupid. I'm stuck with this crapy service since RCN is the only provider in this building.

This app works great for me, I can log into my TiVo remotely to watch recorded shows, create or modify one pass or watch Live TV. Folks for those who don't understand how this works, to watch live TV, recording etc you need a streaming device. That is TiVo stream or a TiVo T6. Also make sure on setup you allow out of home streaming, only then can you watch TV away from home. Without a streaming device this app is just a TV Guide. I never had any issues worth complaining about.

This is a great concept, but it works terribly, barely at all as a matter of fact. What's the point of having this app available for phones & tablets, but shows & movies can't be viewed on phones & tablets? I can't even watch anything I record on a computer without being told that I must view on my home DVR.

Can't even login, the window to enter credentials continually makes me login, enter acct #, and security questions, and then brings be back to login again. Highly disappointed

Does not work outside of your home, or on a wireless network. So, it's not "to Go".... Only works when you're connected to your TiVo box.

I'd find this app far more appealing if I didn't have to sign in twice every time I ran it

I STILL have to log in every time and it always starts up with a network error that causes me to cycle back, but it always clears up the 2nd time. All this seems to be Tivo's fault. Same issues on its app page. FIX THIS!

I want this so I can watch programs away from home. RCN needs to get their $#^& together. Three calls to tech support, three different answers.

Attempted multiple times over a couple of days to log in. Screen sat on signing in for more than 5 minutes then said error.

After inputting my screen name and password it sits at signing in forever. I've tried several times and I keep getting the same result.

My daughter broke the tivo remote. Now i am using the app as my remote. Very helpful!

Can login via tablet, but not phone. Tablet apk works well. Maybe the phone issue will get resolved in a future release.

Ive been trying to log in and it does not let me type my account number. It keeps locking me out....

Pretty much just a tv guide on your phone. Buggy. Time 4 hours fast.

It is not compatible with Amazon Kindle Fire yet that is not good
