I love accepting closings this way rather than getting phone calls.

Because of the way this app works of you are not quick to answer a job request you lose it. Makes it hard to resist reading the text when it comes on your phone and you are driving. If you don't open the job request quick you lose it to the next person.

Several day later I was able it install the app, so glad it is working well.......version won't install and I have uninstalled my old one. Note 5 running marshmallow - users beware.

I like this app because it helps me when I'm unable to get to the computer to login, complete, get information about the client. I wish all signing companies had this.

Offline. ..out of business. .. load older version that works. How come my appraisal works with 5.0 but my signings won't load?

I like to pre identify my notifications so I don't have to take my eyes off the road while driving. I have time to pull over and safely review notifications if I know in advance where one came from.

I wish all signing companies used an app like this. Easy to use, great tool, 5 stars!

The idea is great but I have to enter my PIN several times and the app still won't open. I miss tons of signings because I can't access the app. Very frustrating.

No notification of signings for weeks at a time on apps surely in the whole state, city & county where I reside there should be one closing. It was better having in house schedulers to call. Constantly having to install & uninstall app. Have no defects.

Not getting notifications for new appointments. Having to unintelligible and reinstall a couple times a day. Screen keeps freezing up. Program stops working.

But it freezes a lot. Today had to uninstall and reinstall since all I got all day was the circle spinning even after rebooting phone 3x. Wouldn't exit without uninstalling.

After downloading new update, unable to open app.

Never, and I rarely say never, have I had any success using this app., always, and I say always less than I say never, get a fail or error message. I'd like to say it is my phone but this app is the only app where this happens

While I will agree that the market for closings is dismal, it's not the apps fault...nor TSI for that matter. My issue with the app is that there appears to be a delay in notifying when there are signings available. I've literally logged in several times in under 4 seconds and there is a 'no longer available' message. What's going on with that?

I agree with Mark. What's the use. I haven't received any orders since this process was put into place, until then I received 2-3 orders a week. Since I can only work part-time this was fine with me. I believe it was more efficient and fair when a scheduler called you or you received an email. First to respond got the order. I understand the market is slow but no orders at all! As a lot of us do, we work out of our home offices (thus the term Mobile Notary) at which time I'm on my desktop or laptop not on my mobile phone or tablet. I also believe this system was put into place in order for Title Source to save money by eliminating a lot of their schedulers. In a much earlier phone conversation I had with a Title Source representative regarding the so called "expired orders" I was told they were going to the in-house notaries. This used to be one of the best signing companies to work with. This is the 2nd message I've left, 1st was by email over the weekend. I received a call today from Vendor Management in regards to same. I called back within 10 minutes, person had stepped away, left voice message, no return call yet, and I was supposed to call him before 6 pm today.

All I get are expired assignments. Not worth getting the notification - all I get is annoyed

HATE this app with a passion.....what happened to having a human call to see if I could do signings. I continually have to sign in with a pin and my password and then app closes. Seriously this sucks!!!!!!

Every appt notification I have received and responded to within seconds of being notified, has shown as 'No Longer Available' once I pull it up in the app.

Great app. I've been using for over 6 months. They keep adding more bells and whistles. TIP: if you freeze or crash shut down other open apps.

I have installed it and reinstalled it a couple of times and keep getting the message that it has stopped working. I have 3 or 4 bars most of the time that I get the message that it has stopped working. I feel like I am losing money. Also, I have sent a test notification, and i hear a beep that normally indicate that I have some sort a message, eitehr email, text etc, but never see a notification from the my signings app. they don't have a support number for this application. Not very happy.

Weird I Know It Seems To Only Connect With My Currier

This is a GREAT idea. I love being able to just touch a closing confirmation on my cell phone, instead of calling it in. And the integration with Google maps, and finding a UPS store is genius. However, I can't use the App. as it keeps falling out of my cell phone; or hiding. The App. icon does not show on my Apps list. The only way I can access it is by going through my cell phone Internet and logging into www.TitlteSource.com; there is a pop-up that suggests to download the App; I click on it, and it takes me to it. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to access the App. directly from my cell phone App list. Thank you.
