Worst product ever. Never have rated an app before this low. Wasted my money, worst customer service ever. Please dont buy and get fooled. There was an issue with the watch display, got it fixed after 3 weeks. Now the login is blocked since someone at service center used default id. Sick and tired only suggestion don't waste your money. Titan is just not ready to sell such things...

Can not pair my watch once disconnected. Notification is not fast. Incoming call notification is super slow. After receiving call the watch started vibrating & showed the call notification. Juxt hate it.

Pls introduce the feature to wake up the watch screen if any notification arrives like sms whatsapp or any other notification. Needs lots of improvements...titan as a brand name pls do the needful to maintain our trust on Titan...

The app and watch seems to be nice in first look. But, it looks titan just want to show that they are still in the market. They have hurriedly made another watch this year which again is an incomplete product in design and technical support even the booklet is incomplete. None the less in overall it wins the heart. But, if we look deep within its body. Some flaws i noticed are Storage space they claim is 4GB but, since preinstalled software take lot of space one get only 2.70GB. 3. Very small screen size as compare to Moto 360 2nd gen. 4. In this 21st century from laptop to watches everything are so thin . This watch has a bulky look. its still lighter than the previous titan juxt version but lacks design sensibility 5. The cradle for charging the watch has a faulty design, when you clip on, it's interface become loose and therefore looses connection when plug to the computer. 5. Due to all this messed up software and product design. I feel; 22, 995 is not worth the money. I would like a refund back Mr. CEO of titan. Very Poor design

Worst watch bounded u with there condition ...only 20 faces ...I have sony MI 2 earlier more functions more faces. # No Galary Pics # No Camera Display # No video Recording # No Call acceptance # No Screen Saver # No band change # No Android app support Why spent Bucks on this normal watch go for other options like gear2, moto 360...

Worst app...and titan is also not bothered to reply to any one of its users.... Making smart watches is not the cup of tea for titan....they should stop selling so called smart watches....

Watch won't pair automatically when comes in range, have to wait for long of the connection.

Every 30 min wach. desconnection.. Titan please do sumthing... My money gone... I hate you titan...

Worst app. Watch processing speed is really bad not and does not have any value for 22k price.

App is getting disconnected within few minutes. Very tough to connect again and no use of smart watch when app is not supporting.

It just does not connect with the watch. Half day gone n m still trying to connect my watch n phone...not smart at all.

Please add watch dial through mobile app. Is is difficult to change custome dial through pc

This is a worst product.. fall in prey, as this is from Titan.. due to this I started hating Titan products

Keeps disconnecting for no reason.

Can this app be updated for 7.1 as its not working on 7.1 it gets hung and restarts my oneplus one phone.

The app is not functioning well. Very bad applications. Also the watch function is bad. The fitness measuring is not accurate and some times stops and needs restart. Titan watch shall modify the app and develop the watch software. Needs to return my money back. It's bad watch!!

Repeated disconnection....

Except the unintended disconnect to the phone. E very thing is awesome. Hope tha too will be rectified. Tried with the support but till now no help regarding the sync off issue.

It's just more than a day I have been using this watch it keeps disconnecting itself from the phone every 30 to 40 min I am using Android 6.0.1,there is also no button on the app to connect it directly,you have to forget watch and then reconnect the phone. The UI on the watch also freezes.

There seems an issue with the app. My watch keeps disconnecting all the time while the phone is on sleep. I've checked the phone settings and have given all the backend permissions to the app. Still the issue persists. I've checked this on OnePlus Two, LG G3 and Xiaomi Mi 5

Doesn't connect with PC .. and with phone its least useful .. re think before u purchase... Unfortunate to buy this watch . Much cheaper options are available with better functionality and features... Will never trust Titan again

Worst product and worst app that i ever seen. I didn't expect this type of worst product from titan. My suggestion for new customer is please don't buy this product. Don't waste your valuable money for this cheep product. It's an unworthy product.
