Tirupati Connect is to serve all types of queries to the clients of Tirupati Logitech. Nagpur. (www.tirupatilogitech.com). The intention behind development of this app is to provide our clients a cutting edge solutions using sophisticated IT tools and technologies.
The user can put following types of queries :
Stock query- Send stock discrepancies information like quantity of shortage/ excess/ damage products, product name, description, invoice number, further description if any.
Claim query – User can place claim related query by sending LR number and date, claim number and date .
Cheque query – Any query related to queries will be resolved after furnishing cheque related info like cheque number and amount.
General query – For a query other than above mentioned categories, a user can use general query option.
Proposed modules to be included in the future version
Delivery tracking – User will be updated about the status of the delivery of goods sent by Tirupati Logitech.
Notification area - Received notification from Tirupati Logitech regarding settlement of the queries placed by the app user.
