Tiqets Museums & Attractions

Works OK but wouldn't show tickets at venue with no phone signal. Luckily I had previously downloaded a pdf copy to show. I thought tickets were supposed to be stored in app once purchased to avoid this?

Used it for both Barcelona and Paris. Not a single issue so far. Perfect

The app itself is OK, but the service is simply a rip off. Charges an extra €6 for some tickets (which is nearly 50% of the actual cost of the ticket. Also claims that some tickets are "skip the line" when the venue/museum doesn't have such service and cannot be accommodate such requests. So. Ply not possible. So

This service was supposed to make my visit to Louvre Museum easier but instead it was a pain in the butt. On Wednesday I went to the museum but I never found the kiosk/news stand, then decided to come back on Friday but never found it again and people didn't know neither. The map on the application didn't work at all. I had to buy the tickets on the museum which was EASIER and FASTER. I kindly request a full refund of my money as I'm not in Paris anymore. Thank you.

I paid for tickets to the Louvre but instead of getting a ticket on my phone I was told to get a paper ticket at a news stand near the museum. The news stand was closed and shuttered when i arrived. I ended up buying tickets at the Louvre without trouble.... still waiting for a refund from Tiqets.

Great way to buy tickets & straight forward app. It was easy to access Prado Museum and Bernabeu Stadium while everybody else was queuing :)

Excellent service arrived and was shown in exactly on time by curteous staff, the venue was excellent and I would definitely recommend this service and use it again.

I tried to reach a destination and it didnt work it just didnt let me in they said that this was from a 3rd partie and it wasnt valid for them to use.

I am an Indian and when I book tickets I would like to know there cost in my nations Currency + is the tickets for all foreigners as there is extra for foreigners + no info on student discounts as museums usually offer

SCAM AVOID WARNING this app , neat and pretty, sells you SKIP the line tickets making YOU GO OUTSIDE the museum search for ticket office r to fetch a ticket that is cheaper and faster to get at the Museum itself. BE WARNED , people who rate this app high are other that it paid for it. We lost 30 min walking outside the museum of Louvre in search for our prepaid , save time, tickets and the lady at the Louvre told us she gets tons of people falling for this scam daily. What a shame and rip off.

Soo easy. No papers to lose, and your phone is your ticket. Plus, they have a lot of stuff you can't find elsewhere online.

Application works fine. However if u purchase directly to the website of your destination such as museum, it is cheaper to buy directly thru website rather than thru Tiqets. You will get electronic ticket at the lower price. While using tiqets you have to pay normal price. So what's the benefit of purchasing online if you don't get lower price ?
