I can't recommend this app highly enough!

Fantastic app worth every Penny

Im about to try it for my brother with down syndrome. Actually a really great idea, the only down side from our part would be - that the kid has the phone all the time. Other than that for all the price haters i would say that its pretty decent. The author has an original idea, so why make it free. Im counting on that if you have to pay for it, then most likely its better than smth that you'll get for free.

I was going to download this app until i read the reviews. Its not only how bad the reviews are its how bad the makers of this app respond to poor reviews. Instead of trying to make thongs better their main response is "sorry this app isn't right for you." that is just terrible and the creators of this app should be ashamed.

Love the concept, hate that it requires you to sign up for a subscription before you can even try the product. I get it's a 30 day demo but don't make me cancel. Hate business models that hope you forget to cancel just to make a buck.

Lies. Complexly. Everything they are saying on their comments are false. It's a cheap app that is trying to pocket off it. Do not download. Just stealing money. I would not recommend to anyone. Plenty of free apps that let you do more. And are so much better. Super impressed on how crappy people can be. Do not comment and say tippytalk isn't for you or how you're sorry. Cause clearly you're the problem here. I'd give you 0 stars. But I can only give you one. Sadly.

Honest ad: Pay $99 a year for your nonverbal autistic child to send text messages through an app that's similar to other picture communication apps. Tippy Talk is not the first or only picture communication app on the market. Other, better apps cost a one-time fee and are true customizable, voice-output programs giving a voice to your child. Better yet, have an assistive tech evaluation and let your insurance pay for a dedicated communication device. The only novel thing about Tippy Talk is that it sends texts... but let's be real, if you program a photo to send you the sentence "I miss you." when your child touches it... how do you know that they a) know what they are sending and b) are sending it intentionally? Nonverbal autistic kids also have issues with theory of mind so they typically won't connect that they are sending a message to another person remotely. Tippy Talk, please provide some evidence based research that your app actually helps autistic kids communicate. Parents, please don't waste your money. There are better, cheaper, more effective apps out there.

Disappointed! As a parent of a none verbal child and some who knows many children wgo suffer a speech delay or impediment I'm very disappointed in the cost to an app that could potentially change lives! Many families with special needs families do not have the funs to be paying $120 for an app. Really ppl IMO those fees are outragious! Get a grip

This app has given my son with cerebral palsy, age 8, a VOICE! We live in Ohio and we lucky enough to trial this and new immedietly, it was a must have. The monthly fee, after the first month FREE, is a minimal amount TO GIVE MY NON VERBAL SON A SOURCE OF COMMUNICATION! VERSION 2 WILL BE OUT ANY DAY! DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE YOU FIND PEOPLR BEING TROLLS OVER A PRICE WHO HAVE NOT EVEN TRIED THIS APP OUT! The app has been sabatoged by people who have not even tried it!!!! THERE IS NOTHING ON THE MARKET LIKE THIS! IT IS AMAZING!

I have not use the app, I only download it to write a review. I have autistic child and was looking for an app to help his speech as he is nonverbal. I saw this app and read the reviews. As I'm seeing the different reviews I noticed that in 2016 you are priced at 21.00 a month then it with down to $14.00 now 27 cents a month? My question is what is your business margins? Most businesses based their margins on the cost it took to make the product against a reasonable profit. Your margin is greedy and desperate! I'm done and uninstalling, shame on you for overcharging the very needy.

It's a RIP OFF!!!! My 13 year has autism and he's also Non Verbal. It's hard enough for me to keep a job when no one wants to look after him and when trying to make the situation better by helping him with communication, I come across an app that wants an arm and leg to so call "help." Google Play please get rid of this trash!!!

This App is exactly what I was looking for thank you so much tippy talk. The customer service is awesome and always happy to help. The price is amazing as there is no limit to the sms sent which is great for my son as there is no limitation on him using it. You have made my little boy so happy and I will continue being a member

I told my aunt about this app and she uses it with my cousin and couldn't be happier. I'm glad it is helping a family member. Well done tippy talk an a fantastic app and idea

I work as a behavior therapist for kids with Autism, and I was hoping to tinker with this to see if this was a good option for one of my clients. The price really isn't unreasonable, however it would be nice if I could have the free trial without the subscription. I myself have ADHD and it makes it easy for me to forget to cancel something like this and be charged for it even if it won't meet the kid's needs. Please make it free without entering my card, because even if I don't like it for the current child, I may want to recommend it in the future, but not if I can't see what it's like.

I dowloaded this app for my sister and she is loving it. I have chosen the yearly subscription as it is very reasonable when u break it down . I would highly recomend Tippy Talk as its not only an App but a caring community that we are happy to be part of .

This is a fantastic app. Which is providing people who are nonverbal the opportunity to communicate with family and friends no matter where they may be. Honestly the fact that your loved one can always connect with you is so important.

Can't understand all the negative comments about this app. It is an amazing idea and a great app. Could not recommend it more for families of autism.

Before downloading this app would this be good for a child that is deaf??? My son is almost 2 years old & is deaf. I want something for him to be able to talk to us if he wants something. I am showing him sign language also

Great idea, Great app, we loved it from the minute we downloaded it, and for only a few cents a day. Can't believe some of the negative reviews and by people who admit they haven't even downloaded it. Keep up the good work Tippy Talk we will be looking forward to what he bring us next.

It really bites that there's no way to get a refund for an app my child was never able to use.

How much?! Immediately uninsulated it! Such a shame as this could of been really helpful to me and my LG.

I had absolutely no notice before the app charged me for a full year subscription. I can cancel, but there is no refund. I can create what this app does myself.

Misleading and over hyped app. A complete rip off for special needs parents who already haveit difficult. We all need to get together and take legal action for a full refund.

I was going to try this out for my niece with autism. I selected to try for free for 30 days, the minute i entered my debit card info I was withdrawn! Had to borrow money toward my rent check to put in my account. I am not happy with being mislead. Before i entered info it read i will not be charged till next month and that was not true

Lousy app.....there are better free apps out there...this is a rip off, it doesn't even work and we are expected to pay?!

A free demo without asking for an immediate subscription commitment will help people to trust your app and increase sales for you

You say you do not ask for cc information. But you Cleary do. You can't even look at the app with out putting in your payment method. What a joke!!!

If you really want to help kids in the spectrum, you wouldn't be charging parents with this ridiculous price.
