CONVENIENCE FEE
• There is a $2.25 convenience fee per payment, charged by TIO Networks
• This fee is the same as other Gulf Power credit card payments options such as online payments, pay by phone, or at the third-party kiosk
• Fee covers all transaction costs, including merchant and bank fees associated with secure, electronic transactions

Convenience! The ofc is more annoying than the 2$ fee. Plus you can only bring cash or chk to the ofc, NO Debit cards! Its easy and paid and over in 5 seconds. Worth it to me.

This app was great until now. When I log in its showing my current bill as $0. And I look on the website and I have a balance. I risked having my service interrupted by thinking I was current on my bill, when this app just won't refresh.
