Since the new update for some reason can't find my system anymore. So can't use my music or lighting control

Resets audio volumn to 0, instead of last level or settings value on app startup/wake up. still crashes. Volumn level is too small to read.

Since the new update when I connect to Bluetooth it starts blaring at 100% volume even though I have it set to 25% as start up volume. Any ideas to fix this??
