While entering or obtaining information, the application does not accept the information right away. I have to do everything 2 or 3 times for it to finally recognize anything. It's almost easier for me to log into my account via the web browser. What's the point of this app to fit has to falter like that all the time?

On the app it told me my bill was $62.18 and on the computer it said $92.13??? My statement never showed up in the mail like normal so I called and their website tried to make me pay $29.95 more? Wasn't worried about the 1.25 charge after that. I see alot of low stars but I enjoy this app. Works for what I need it for, not driving to a payment center. For some the gas cost more than that 1.25 charge. Plus signed up to go paperless. Start checking statements from email.

this app is extremely easy to use however (I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one) I do wish it would list the past due amount as well as sometimes I've put it off a bit to long. but very good app as in for bill pay. I havnt really spent to much time searching it lately to see if it's changed

The app is a very good tool and makes paying your bill much easier, but this app needs major bug fixes to be beneficial. The app randomly will not alow me to even view my bill, it also doesn't accurately track your previous payments and doesn't save your payment methods for very long. Not impressed what so ever

In the world we live in today, you really think I am supposed to believe that a $1.25 processing fee for using a debit card to pay my bill is valid. For shame, you already rob millions of people of their hard earned dollars every year and then steal billions in corporate welfare. What a joke.

Would have made more sense to charge a fee once for the app, rather than every time you pay a bill like on the phone-- there's no incentives to the app-- what makes this any better than just calling? PG&E pay by phone can save your payment information. Same amount of time, same charge, same amount of buttons tapped, except this wants to take up space in my phone alllllllllll month for nothing more convenient. Used it once and will immediately uninstall. Will use the phone.

After uninstalling. And reinstall works awsome! But does not keep a record of your last payment or the past due amounts so I hope in the future you guys can update the app so we can see previous payments on it.

It's more convenient than having to call the #, I guess. But it still charges you a fee, and it often doesn't have corresponding info. Today I just had to uninstall then reinstall just to get it to work. Not sure what that was about.

about paying a processing fee, this is not a PG&E product. It's owned by TIO Networks. That's how they make money. PG&E is not the ones charging the fee. I go to pge website to pay my bills with no fees. It looks l8ke this app would be faster and easier for those on the fly.

I have used this app for several years now, and suddenly, I'm completely unable to pay my bill. It will either show my balance due and not allow me to pay, or will just not load the bill at all. This issue is only within the last 2 months. I even reinstalled the apl, and there is no change.

I had the PG &E app before on my iPhone and NEVER had a hassle. Never... this one is slow or out dated, cannot refresh my data or loses it all together. Super disappointed.

This app used to work all the time without fail. For the last two months, nothing but problems with trying to pay. Seems to have problems recognizing bank cards that have been on file for over a year and refreshing.

The current amount due has never been correct from day one. Is this ever going to be fixed?it's a waist of time to use this app to pay when I have to go to the website to find out my bill is different and pay there instead.. I hope a fix comes soon otherwise this is useless to have...still no fix made.very unsatisfied

But the processing fee is lame. Also I would love to see the actual bill on the app, along with previous bills for comparison. I do like the 4 digit pin. I would rate 5 star if the fee was removed and the actual bill was viewable.

This app makes it way easier to pay your bill. I've become very frustrated lately with trying to log on to PG&E website. Every time I have some type of problem saying that it won't accept it because it hasn't allowed for cookies or some other type of issue. So this app seems to make it really nice downloading the app, registering on it, adding my card, paying my bill took 6 minutes. Versus the 25 minutes I spent this morning trying to get on the site. Much better!!!!

For the largest utility provider on the west coast, this is very simplistic. Would like to see bill breakdowns, and not pay 1.25 to use the app. I pay all my other bills through their apps and have never been charged a fee, but when paying your utility bill you get dinged like it isn't already over priced or anything.........

Dont use this. Used the app to pay and wound up with the power shut off. Then PGE wanted to penalize me for their mistake.

I spend more time looking at a "please wait loading" message. It never loads. Doesn't matter what time of day I try. Fix it and you'll get 5 stars

It won't let me add my bills and freezes constantly. If I can't add the bill then the app is useless.

This app does not show you past bills, there is no detailed breakdown of your bill. This app does not list your current bill as current, it is listed as paid until you open the bill at which point you are instructed to pay X amount. After going down to PG&E due to a past due shut off notice I found out that the app wasn't reporting the proper amount leaving an unpaid balance each month.

Told me I had an invalid card 2x before accepting the same frigging card, would not show me my bill until I closed and opened the app several times. But hey, maybe it's my device or Internet connection
