GETTING STARTED
1. Create User Profile - Enter your Email Address and create an App Passcode to securely access your User Profile (Note: App Passcode must be 4-6 digits and is different from your Mobilicity Online My Account credentials)
2. Add Your Mobilicity Account - Add your Mobilicity account to your User Profile using your phone number and Mobilicity PIN (This is the same PIN to verify your account in-store or when calling Customer Care)
3. Add Payment Method - Securely store your Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit card to make fast and convenient payments towards your monthly account fee or My Wallet account.
CONVENIENCE FEE
TIO Networks, the app’s payment processor, will charge a $1.00 convenience fee for each monthly fee payment. My Wallet top-ups are free.

Downloaded app and created a profile. Forgot access code and when you try to retrieve it from the login screen the email never arrives. Not even sure who to contact for support. I guess I can create another email account and app profile but why bother.

Liked the feature of paying using AMEX. $1 is charged extra though. Need to create User Profile and whatever is created for web account doesn't work. Transaction proceeded through fine without any issues. I received a mail confirming payment.Hopefully it will be reflected in my account. Unable to make a new payment. Please help!

Was going to use this app to make payments bit since they charge $1 fee to male a payment I'll just sign in to the website and pay. Not sure why they charge a fee to make a payment with the app means I'll just uninstall.

To start with, I found the $1 service fee for every payment too much to ask. Secondly, I am storing a credit card with only a 6 digit password? I don't think so. Not worth the risk, and not worth the cost.

Yet another Mobilicity password to set up and remember. No functionality that cannot be accessed through the (also terrible) website anyway. It says in the description that payment details are handled "securely" but there's no information on if details are stored locally or on their server, nor on if or how they are encrypted. Worst of all, the small print mentions a $1 "convenience fee" every time you use this app to pay monthly charges.

Be sure to read the setup instructions before first use. You can't use any existing passwords. I made that mistake.

Once you figure out that you need to create a user profile by clicking the pink "Create User Profile", you're off to the races. I suggest the initial sign-in screen be changed to make it crystal clear that one cannot use their online credentials - or better yet - why can't we just use our online credentials and not have to remember yet another password!

The app does not work at all unless you have an all number password which mobilicity does not allow. The very basic function that any piece of software needs is the ability to input data. Amazing how that works

Allow me to see payments made in the past through either prepay or online payments. Provide a phone refresh request button in app (rather than having to call in when datas not working). Decent start but more work to be done.

This updated app made it a sick place for people now. It doesn't work well like the old app. I hope they fix this matter soon as possible or I got to say good bye. Sooner or later.
