I would like it better if it would save my payment method info. But works good other than that. More convenient and faster than the automated system, for sure.

Works well. Better than the website I guess. Easy to use. Doesn't save credit card info but I think you have to do that on a computer. 4 stars

A lot of error recently. It was a very good app to use.

Sure it makes it easier to pay, but I've had a lot of problems getting my account set up. Typical city utilities

Glad the bugs were fixed. I'm a long haul driver. Love being able to pay my utility bills no matter where I'm at.

Way easier than trying to call because the voice recognition software is bad.

App works well... i cant seem to figure out how to save my card....but that's not a big deal for me

Great way to pay my bill. Im an OTR truck driver so its easy to pay from across the country.

Ok for checking balance and sending payment will not let you set up arrangements like other accounts will

Was easy to navigate, got my account set up quickly and bill paid easily.

It makes it easier to your pay utility bill and you didn't have to wait in line.

It's nice to be able to view my bill n pay my bill. Very user friendly.

Very convenient way to pay my C.U. bill. Seems to take 4 or 5 days for actual withdrawl. Not having to dig for the logout button would be a plus! Still, its at least a week faster than paper, which i still get so i can see the breakdown.

I've used this app for months and loved that it worked so easily. Now all it says is "bill needs to refresh" won't load my bill anymore. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and the problem continues! Please fix the problem so I don't have to spend hours on hold for someone to answer questions about my bill that I used to be able to access in this app.

Not very user friendly. Can't save payment method! Pain in the ass to have to keep re-entering card info EVERY MONTH! Also, if you have to go out to a different App for a second and return, you have to re-enter ALL of the info again. Ridiculous! Seems that would be an easy fix. MAKE IT HAPPEN!

Overall it works alright. You can't view details and it's a little buggy. I can't save a payment method, I'm not sure if that's a common issue or not. Otherwise its a lot better than waiting for paper bills!

Of course CU would find a way to mess this up just like everything else they do. What's the app if I can't see or pay the bill.

Easiest way to pay your utility bill, keeps records of your payments you made. Works great when you're in a hurry and it eliminates paper waste. You're done within a few minutes paying your utility bill.

I may hate CU with the burning passion of 1000 suns, but this app is great. Put the developers in charge of everything, you bloodless fiends.

Had zero problems first time using!

It didn't work for more than 3 1/2 weeks until my next bill was posted as late and then I owed 2 months to catch up. It would not let me see the amount due nor would it let me enter a generic payment of any kind, stating I had no payment choices on file. When I called app support all they told me to do was uninstall and reinstall the app which I have done 5 times before I could finally make my last month's payment today and the current bill will be due within another 10 days. And that prob inc a late fee!

It's really convenient. I can't always go to my utilities building to pay my bill, and having the ability to simply pay over the app is incredibly nice. Overall, I'd recommend to anyone. :)

This app will not display any correct bill info and is just logged with bugs.

It wont save any of my info as far as bank info credit card info it takes forever to load or refresh this app use to be great until it needed an update

Too difficult to make a payment. You have to keep trying to add the bill and refresh for the actual Bill to come up.

I haven't found a way to save my payment method yet. Only real down side. I also wished it had shown a bill breakdown.

No way to save my payment method so I have to enter it each time. Frustrating, but I like being able to pay this way.

Makes bill paying easy! It would be nice to have a way to contact city utilities in the app and also to be able to see previous statements.

The app doesn't sync with the main account. You can't hold payment sources in memory even though the option is offered. The app is unreliable as I have had to wait to get back to my computer to pay my bill because of error messages, etc. The whole purpose of a mobile app is to do business away from home and this doesn't allow for that. I have spoken to CU and the app administrator's tech without resolution.

It's easier to pay bills through the app than calling and putting all your info in, but I've had to uninstall and redownload it several times now.

The app is super slow and glitchy. Half of the time it won't even load anything.

I just moved from a city that was one-tenth the size of this one. If they had the app it would be a lot better than waiting on the phone or mailing out payments

This is great! I do not have to call in and wait forever to get something done. Great App!
