Very convenient way to pay my C.U. bill. Seems to take 4 or 5 days for actual withdrawl. Not having to dig for the logout button would be a plus! Still, its at least a week faster than paper, which i still get so i can see the breakdown.

I've used this app for months and loved that it worked so easily. Now all it says is "bill needs to refresh" won't load my bill anymore. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and the problem continues! Please fix the problem so I don't have to spend hours on hold for someone to answer questions about my bill that I used to be able to access in this app.

Not very user friendly. Can't save payment method! Pain in the ass to have to keep re-entering card info EVERY MONTH! Also, if you have to go out to a different App for a second and return, you have to re-enter ALL of the info again. Ridiculous! Seems that would be an easy fix. MAKE IT HAPPEN!

Overall it works alright. You can't view details and it's a little buggy. I can't save a payment method, I'm not sure if that's a common issue or not. Otherwise its a lot better than waiting for paper bills!

Easiest way to pay your utility bill, keeps records of your payments you made. Works great when you're in a hurry and it eliminates paper waste. You're done within a few minutes paying your utility bill.

It didn't work for more than 3 1/2 weeks until my next bill was posted as late and then I owed 2 months to catch up. It would not let me see the amount due nor would it let me enter a generic payment of any kind, stating I had no payment choices on file. When I called app support all they told me to do was uninstall and reinstall the app which I have done 5 times before I could finally make my last month's payment today and the current bill will be due within another 10 days. And that prob inc a late fee!

It's really convenient. I can't always go to my utilities building to pay my bill, and having the ability to simply pay over the app is incredibly nice. Overall, I'd recommend to anyone. :)

Too difficult to make a payment. You have to keep trying to add the bill and refresh for the actual Bill to come up.

Makes bill paying easy! It would be nice to have a way to contact city utilities in the app and also to be able to see previous statements.

The app doesn't sync with the main account. You can't hold payment sources in memory even though the option is offered. The app is unreliable as I have had to wait to get back to my computer to pay my bill because of error messages, etc. The whole purpose of a mobile app is to do business away from home and this doesn't allow for that. I have spoken to CU and the app administrator's tech without resolution.
