Talks MUCH too fast! I'm limber for an obese woman with arthritis, but the speed at which the poses are described is ridiculously fast! It's all but impossible to do each part of a pose in time with the narration. The practitioner in the video isn't moving in time with the narration, either. I'm sorry that I paid for this before realizing how annoying, even discouraging, these issues would be. I'm going to have to find another yoga app.
Good. Beautiful. True to good fitness principles. Simple. Clear. Easy to use. Excellent instruction. But, developer, please, please, please, add a 10-minute version of each yoga workout, for when we do not have a full 20 minutes but we need a quick yoga session. Everyone, get this app, do the workouts, and you will be feeling better and will be getting more healthy. Thanks VERY much Daily Apps!!!
I have blood pressure and anxiety issues and it definitely helps bring that down nice the lady coaches you along and I have definitely noticed a difference in my blood pressure is going down anxiety is down and definitely should be I have trouble getting relaxed it's helping. Thanks so much.
This app is great, I do the 20 and 40 min workouts daily, with the occasional 60 min thrown in (which wrecks me!). I've been using this app for several months now, therefore I know the poses, so I turn off the instructions. Unfortunately, there is no indication of when to change sides during a pose, neither is there a 5 second count down for coming out of the pose. This means I have to lift out of my current pose to check the video all the time, which ruins the pose's effect. Can you please remedy this in your next update?
Very good app. The exercises are not too fast, and I can still have a good workout. Better than going to yoga class. I can do it in the comfort of my home.
Love this app. I've been using it daily for months. Similar apps don't offer the simple interface and easy customization. I only wish they would add more poses.
This app really helps out. The workouts already set up are easy to follow. You can also set reminders and create your own workouts.
Used to really like this app, but then I got a new phone and when I redownloaded it, I couldn't make a custom routine anymore, fix this and it would be a higher rating.
Love this app. I've used the free version for years. Got the paid version mostly to thank the developers but also to get rid of ads. 20 minutes in the morning, every day. Do it!
the app is cool, except for one thing - doesn't let me move it to external card :( can this be fixed please?

Like being able to create routines. Good visual and verbal instruction. Wish there was a larger collection of poses to choose from.

I implemented yoga in my fitness routine 3x a wk. Helps to stretch & strengthen muscles, alternating with cardio days. Lost 58 lbs.
I love this app. I purchased the 2nd level and it's so easy to follow and advance at my own speed. The first level is free.

Have been using this app for a couple of years and it's great. The only suggestion I'd make devs, that when changing the settings to pose names only, it would be great if you could say left or right when changing positions.
Been using thos for 2 years now, find the instructions easy to follow and the exercise effective! Only drawback Switched my phone from apple to samsung and now i cannot view this in landscape mode! I request the team to please get this updated!
I have just started yoga again in my early 50s. This is a great starting programme. Wish they held the poses a little longer as I'm not quick at getting into some of them. I'm sure I will get better. I can already feel the stretch in my muscles.
I started with the free version and enjoyed it so much that I wanted to try this one to view more workouts. I love that you can choose how much time you have and what level you want to do and it immediately starts your program (no wasting time with weekly weigh-ins or guilt inducing memos because you took a few days off compared to most at home workout apps). The yoga sequences are well described vocally and also easy to view on the screen.
Ever since I bought the full version I don't get reminders to do my yoga every morning even though I have it set to remind me at a specific time. I do however love the freedom to customize, the amount of poses to choose from and the way I'm given direction for each pose.
This has helped me with my body pain. You need to stretch! Sitting at a desk all day, I go home and do my 20 minute routine and I feel great afterwards.
I started with the free version, and liked the instructors, even if the layout of the app isn't attractive. I bought the full version because I wanted to create my own custom workout. The very first time, it locked up while starting each pose. It just replays the name of the pose over and over again. This is absolutely frustrating considering I paid money to, in theory, get a better version.
I wanted to start doing some simple yoga for my back and leg pain. I liked the free starter and bought the full version and love it. Helps lower back pain, neck and even my foot pain.
This is by far the best yoga app I have used. I am so glad upgraded to the paid version. I have been doing yoga daily in the evening and have been sleeping better and feeling great. The only thing I wish this app could have is a better way to save the custom sessions.
Only thing is they have too many sun salutations. So I do a longer one and skip a few sun salutations
I paid for the full version and really enjoy making up my own yoga routines. The poses are very beginner friendly, and the instructor's voice is clear and soft. The only thing I would change is to be able to reset the calorie counter and keep better track of each practice. It started me on week 135 on my first practice and cannot be changed, unless I missing something in the settings? Other than that quite happy. Cheers
Paid for the app and really like how I can customize my experience. Videos are super easy to follow, and I like how I can "rewind" to the beginning of the pose if I get confused.
I've had disc problems and nerve damage and have found this to be a great benefit at helping ease the pain and stiffness. Would definitely recommend this app.
instructions easy to follow, great variety of poses in their preset routines of 20, 40 or 60 minutes, and the ability to create your own routine. I use this when I can't get to a class.
Love this app, got the free and liked it so much I paid for the full version. Runs seemless every time, great poses and you can customize your own routine which is awesome!

Sometimes gets too repetitive. Good to have for home use in between sessions.
I have done this workout for two years now and with being able to make my own workout it never gets boring. I get an amazing workout and would recommend to everyone to try

I think this app is good for free or for the money. It's simple to use and the routines are well explained making them simple to do. The only drawback for me is that it needs more routines and updates. It does allow you to design your own routines, but I'd rather have more than 2 choices from the app makers. The interface needs a facelift as well.
