It's good for working out at your convenience. Videos and the voice over is helpful. It helps to concentrate on the workout. And the sound of waves at the end is soothing to relax and enjoy the shavaasana. Levels help in setting the activity according to your time and strength. Overall, it's good. I would recommend this to others who prefer yoga for their workouts.

It skips the transition moments. Not all poses can just skip from one into another. Most poses flow from one into the other.

The free version of this app is a very simple, easy and the same every time. I've been using it after the "daily workout free" app and feel like I get a good full body stretch which is exactly what I needed. Since the workout app is different every day it would probably be nice to have some variety.

I just did the 20 minute practice. Other apps i tried do not teach the way most instructors ive had in los angeles teach. There is a pattern. Stretch. Sun salutations. Warrior flow. Then sitting and or on back positions. Then corpse. This one follows the flow.
