Transition between exercises is far too quick : 3 seconds! App needs to make this configurable by the user.

The ability to skip some moves, due to injury or something, and have new ones subbed in would be great. I can't bend or wrist right now, so planks and such are out and to get a full workout I have to start again.
Overall very good. Logical grouping of exercises is great and the pairing of exercises in full body mode balances the working of muscle groups. Interface is also intuitive. Would like to see the full range of exercises made availably in the full body custom mode (including pilates and stretching) to build complete workouts. Also like to see the ability to enable /disable the randomising of exercises in custom mode. Finally, like to see the 3 second timer between exercises made adjustable. With those additions, 5 stars. ????
This app helps keep me from getting bored while making it easy to exercise in my house with minimal equipment.
This app is fantastic! It works all kinds of muscles than most other workouts don't. My wife and I do it together and I highly recommend it.

This app is brilliant! I use it every day for a warm up stretching routine and three more times each week for a full body workout. The ability to create and customise your own routines is fantastically useful, or simply run a random programme to mix it up! Edit: Previous issue fixed with an update. 5 stars now!
This app is amazing. Started 3 weeks ago, twice a day. I had disgustingly fat legs, and an even worse stomach. I can now see my ankles when i am stood straight. Talk about PROGRESS. The husband introduced it to me when i asked him what made him look like he was starting to have a six pack. Paid version is totally worth it.
Great app with lots of exercises. Short videos plus written instructions to make sure you're doing each one right. Option to create custom exercise sets in case you don't like one of the exercises in a pre-made set. Let's you target a specific area of your body or you can choose a whole body set. I have a kettle bell so I love the kettle bell exercises, but most you can do without equipment.
Have just gotten the paid version after being impressed with the free version. Not sure if there are any back related exercises though, or if they are mixed in with other stuff.
I love this app! I can say it really works. I use it 3 times a week. Every other day. In between I do the treadmill and stick to a healthy eating habit. This has been my personal trainer for about 3 years now. Definitely recommend and worth the money!!
I use this app 2 to 3 times a week since more than two years. Overall, I think it's great, and definitely worth the money. Nevertheless, there are some drawbacks: (1) In a given programme, all exercises are the same length: jogging in place for a minute is effortless, but pushups for a minute without stopping is for Arnold. (2) The timing 10/20/30 minutes for the "full" workout is too coarse. I found 2 times 10 minutes ok, but a single 20 min programme quite tough. (3) A bug that's been there for years: The calculation of the calories consumed is erroneous: 10 minutes "full" gets me 77 Cal, but if I add another 5 min stretching the total amount of calories spent gets less! (4) The stretching part is too static. (5) It would be nice to have programs like "light workout", "hard workout" etc. So much for the critique. Still, I like the app.
I've been using this app for years now. If I can't make it to the gym, I can always use it. I love to customize my work outs, there are so many options. I highly recommend it.

Exercises are clearly explained, and there is a good variety of routines to chose from. Some exercises are better with weights, but I don't feel they are required.
Amazing for quick work outs if you are strapped for time but easily buildable if you want to have a longer work out!
