I started using it seriousley about a year ago. At first the level 1 circuits of 5 minutes were really tough, but now my progress is amazing! And I love the fact there are different levels and timing so I can choose a different routin whenever I feel like it. Awesome workouts for all muscle groups, intense, fun and time saving. Nice simple workout. Video very easy to follow, but they need to add enough time between exercises to change positions! By the time I switch sides or go from standing to the floor, it's halfway through the exercise.
