Cannot pay for orders from app, making it completely useless. Logs me out with every app exit. Login with PayPal has never, ever worked. Needs Android Pay option added.

Unable to communicate with seller... The messaging system in the app is faulty and the e-mail i found on the paypal transaction is also not good. Package takes too long to arrive way over the date provided. Will never buy again unless this is sorted.

It's very bad in front of other apps like Aliexpress or even Banggood! It's need a lot of updates, for example you can't see the shipping time in the app! You can't even use Contact Us in the app!

It is impossible to log in with my Google or FB account. I need to log in through the browser everytime I want to add some product into my wishlist or buy something.

Color option chooser is completely broken so you can't see which color size or whatever you are choosing!!!! Also it forgets your login details if you clear it's cache memory.

It's fake

Too much time taking for shipping, shipping still pending, i order one prodect before 3 days, statuss still in processing. Poor costomer care,

Just use desktop if you can. Even if you're on mobile at the bottom of the website you can press desktop mode. It is cheaper than the mobile version and the app as well.

I have regularly order items from there website monthly around 3 to 5 because of the cheap price tag.my order always deliver on time always under an week time to my country Qatar. There free is good. Down point I'm not able to change my email Id. Keep rocking tiny deal team.

I would not trust this company. I placed an order and when I went to track my package none of the links worked. When I emailed the company they replied back asking for a picture of my credit card and my passport. This seems like fraud to me.

App works great however the service I received from tinydeal personnel was disappointing. I paid for an item which I did not receive. They have been making promises to me and stringing me along for 4 months. Long story short... they took my cash and didn't deliver the product and offered me 80% refund (not incash) to spend on the app... they didn't even give me that 80% refund. I will never recommend this app or site to anyone.

OK to use. Not very special App, but does what should do. I'm missing the overseas warehouses in the App, which can be chosen on website. For this, I take a star away. ______ The shop itself I have used 3-4 times. They are trustable. Never problems and friendly contact.

I have ordered loafs of stuff, phones, watches, head phones, sd cards, phablets. Everything I order is delivered. Everything can be tracked from China to your home if you have it delivered by registered mail. If you want to cancel an order email customer service they will reply and they will refund your money. If the goods you ordered goes wrong, well come on its dirt cheap chuck it away and start again. If you want any warranty go to your local high street and pay the full price. Big deal Tiny price. :):)

I have bought loads from this site. Apart from Xmas, delivery time is usually 2 weeks to UK. The parcel tracking is pretty much useless; but everything I have ordered has always arrived. Phones are usually less than 2 weeks delivery.

Older version of the app was so bad I promptly uninstalled it but nice to see the current app not only functions much better but looks nicer too. Still missing fundamental features like easy access to wishlist—directly in main menu for example.
