Lower back and shoulders been hurting for awhile and found Shiatsu offered at Shays and decided go for the deep therapy to source of aches. Greeted by Marcus. He was friendly and set me at ease. I must say if you like deep and strong, with strong stretches, he's the man. Almost like mix of Shiatsu and Sports Therapy all rolled together. Very physical from start, but could feel the tightness and soreness from trouble areas loosen up. This ain't for those looking for easy and restful massage.
