Anaya Sushi & Ramen

Anaya Sushi & Ramen offer an array of offering in Japanese cuisine, ranging from Sushi that are made Edomae Style ( classic Tokyo style ) to Ramen, Baos and Poke Bowl which were newly introduced. Poke Bowl is a Hawaiian dishes. Our Head Sushi Chef has behind him a 25 years experience as a Sushi Chef. He oversee the quality and freshness of our fish. He also oversee and carefully filleted and deboned the fish every few days in a week to ensure we obly get the freshest fish. Since day one till present we have established a vendor relationship with a reputable Japanese Fish Supplier that are used by many high-end Japanese Restaurant. Our philosophy is to not cutting corner on our quailty. On October 2015 we were featured in New York Times.
We are also famous for our ramen. We offer Ramen daily throughout the day. Our Weekend late night ramen event known as Midnight Ramen has been gaining popularity these past one year. Midnight Ramen is happening every Friday night and Saturday night from 11pm till 3am. During those hours we do not serve Sushi, we serve Ramen, Baos and Mini Rice Bowls as well as wings.
