Samsung Smart TV :Keyboard

I don't know why it has such low ratings. It's Wednesday October 18th, 2017 and the current version is A+ even with it just being a short free trial if you don't want to pay the $3.99 for premium. SOOOOOOO much easier than trying to type with the tv remote. 11 out of 10 would download again

2016 UE49K5600 like others I bought the full version for the keyboard and mouse but the app has only connected three times. Disappointing as when I do connect the app does a good job.. Plz address connectivity issues

I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!! Worked really good so I bought the pro and now it doesn't even connect. Keeps telling me app forced shut. Waste of money. The only reason I rated it a one was so I could post this. It doesn't even deserve this rate

OMG.. This App pair so well, all I had to do is download the app it automatically pair to the TV.. so in love.. I'm already connected to Xfinity wifi so everything works great. You just save me money and a headache.. Finally and app that works

This app is junk. Does not fully support Samsung 8 series. Please refund money back. Keyboard doesn't work as promised. There is no reason for me to have this app if keyboard non functional.

Great in theory but very glitchy. Remote app will not stay connected. Keeps freezing. Very frustrating. Too bad as I have already paid the money to upgrade as the only functions that I wanted (mouse and keyboard) were what I wanted. Now I feel cheated!

The free one worked. I bought the paid one for my Samsung S7 and it has never worked. It searches for wifi then locks up. I have emailed their support but they have not responded.

It works, but you have to reconnect constantly. Can't connect if the tv isn't on and can't turn the tv on unless you're connected. I briefly tried the mouse pad feature and it worked well. But if you need any button that isn't on that screen, you have to watch another video. Please fix the connectivity issue and I'll change my review.

I only bought this for the touchpad with my samsung s8. Very erratic behavior cannot control the mouse. Don't waste your money

Works well. Ads every minute or so while using touchpad unless you pay. So my message for the devs is: that doesn't make me want to buy your app, it makes me believe the app and it's devs are a scam, greedy and plain nasty, and whenever I see an app developed by them I'll make sure I'll NEVER touch it. Want money? Make me love your app and I will 100% pay for some extra features, but force me to pay or watch ads every minute? No. Screw you.

I acquired the PRO version to use the mouse and keyboard simulation with my Samsung TV UN40J6400, but it's impossible to work with. It doesn't have sensitivity or velocity control for the pointer so you can not point the mouse where you want. Please improve it for next versions.

The trial is just too short , not able to finish test the touchpad that control he pointer on the smart TV screen if it can enter a URL for jump to the web site. Without a longer trial time, I cannot say how satisfied it can perform, but apparently the function shown what a smartphone remote should have these touchpad longer and key board for alphabetic characters input.

I'm WARNING y'all! As soon as I spent money, this app (which had been working perfectly while it was free) just went to $h¡t, and can't even find my tv now. And that's if it can even refrain from crashing long enough to even begin scanning.

Just downloaded app. Everything worked on my series 6 tv, but adds and navigation are horrible, not worth the time, deleting it now.

Bought the ad free version. After about 2 weeks or so it just stops working if I do anything else on my phone and I have to manually shut down the app and restart it

I only bought this app to use the key board function, for youtube or netflix. DOES NOT WORK AT ALL. It only does what i can do with the normal Samsung remote.

Please refund. I only tried the pro for 1 hour. The touch pad doesn't even work properly. You have reconnect every time your phone sleeps. Not much of a help when it's not user friendly.

Stupid. Can't use it properly without watching videos every 2 seconds or buying the full version that everyone says sucks.

Keeps telling me to enter the pin on my TV screen, there wasn't any pin numbers on my screen. Whoever made this app is a jackass.

Too many ads. Can't give it a try cos ads keep coming. I read reviews. I won't buy or try. In unistalling. BS time wasting app

This is a rip off, keyboard does not work at all, they deceived customers by showing a keyboard that never works

It freezes alot and must restart app and turn tv off manually to reset connection

Wont work with models from 2015 or later as Samsung changed the protocol. Don't bother.

I want a refund, the pointer will not move , so this app is useless

I have trouble connecting sometimes but other than that if you pay for the premium and get the mouse pad and the keyboard it's great

kept trying but never pop up the PIN on my samsung led58 , net connect all well just the sofeware cant send PIN to tv, thus uninstalling

Good app. Mouse speed is impressive. Keypad is bit annoying.

Works as described. Great simple app I appreciate the lack of ads. The Samsung app doesn't even work rn.
