The Happiness mobile application will enable the users (UAE citizens) to select a happiness target level (similar to setting a weight target) and work towards tracking individual happiness target which will eventually be compiled with all citizens records and establish a national happiness index. This would be a real time application where each individual can compare his/ her happiness rate with the national happiness index.
