About Gizmooi
This widget will display a nice photo each day.
It was designed to work perfectly with Aviate Launcher but it also works fine with any launcher that supports resizing widgets such as Apex or Nova and it will also look great on any lock screen.

The photo's are currently sourced from: http://www.flickr.com/groups/78249294@N00 (of course, only images with an appropriate license are used).

Great Idea.. I'm an Aviate user and would honestly like to see more Aviate widget apps out there. I've been using your app for a fee days looking forward to the picture changing daily. Unfortunately that's not the case.

But on Aviate launcher, I rarely get an image, it's usually just a blank space. Pity, because I want it to be the center of my main homescreen.

I'm running 1.3. Whenever I try to drag the widget from my app drawer, the launcher crashes and restarts. I'm on a deodexed Samsung stock ROM running 4.1.2 if that helps. Also, there is no app icon in the app drawer, not sure whether that's intended. I was able to add a widget by long tapping the home screen, but it turns out to be empty and crashes on interaction

Horrible slowdown before the update, works just fine now. I love the photos also, great widget. Nexus 4 with Nova Launcher.

10+ seconds to swipe between home pages on aviate. Removed and slow down was completely gone.

But for some reason I do not get the white border around the image? Edit: thanks for your quick reply, I've tried it on both stock touchwiz and apex.

Samsung galaxy note i717 running cyanogenmod 10.1.2 and upon putting this widget on my homescreen it causes my phone to run horrendously. Nova will become so slow it takes around 30 seconds to swipe left to the next home screen. When i removed the widget everything was back to normal.
