I love the new look and functions but like others there is no way to exit or back out of the app. I am hoping that can be fixed soon then I can give app 5 stars. I am extremely glad to report that the previous issue of exiting out of the application has been corrected.

Feel like im stuck with a faulty product. Little relevant choices out there so stick with even though can't always access ( obtain image ) when request at all or in a timely manner.

Newest update makes the app work a little faster and also updated the thermostat page. To be able to record on the cameras, you have to call and set it up. Tried to setup the playback feature, but it's a separate feature. All in all, the new update is pretty nice.

The cameras we have never load and when they do they are horrible quality time warner cable or now spectrum has no support team for the intelligent home

The app is a good one but NEEDS some needed improvement., i.e. multiple file deletion, etc. I have deleted the same video file a dozen times and every time i close app and reopen they return.i was also miss led as to equipment(over priced for the eq) and abilities of recording, none, unless you schedule it, what good is that? Unless you can predict the future.

Can't even open the app because it's saying my user id & password, the same ones I use for every other Spectrum/TWC app, are incorrect. When I try the 'Forgot Username/Password' it says either my email address & house number or Usename are not found! If anyone can tell me how to access this app or tell me what I'm doing wrong I'd very much appreciate it!!

Only thing I don't like is the cams record when alarm is on and only can have 100 video it should be 24/7 and unlimited cam views

It's a pretty good app. Only thing is that sometimes a bit slow to open up.

Works good!! Just that the cameras dont rotate..and ya gotta buy each camera..would like more than just 1.

Allows me to see what's going on at home while away from home. Provides peace of mind, the price is affordable and the app allows you to control the temperature, lights, etc in your home while at home or away. It's a must have.

The system works and provides the sense of security I like. What happened to the color playback? Why must the code be entered to leave or arm to stay?

Video does not work when on wifi or out of town.

The app takes a very long time to load

It's pretty good. Let's me Monitor and secure my home from a remote location

Update: Cameras now work properly now on Oreo.

It keep freezing up a lot

My home is in Maine but I spend the winters in California. So this is a great way to keep track of my house.

I've had some problems but it's good to have!!

App disappears to much. Good when it works.

Can access system when not near station

It works sometimes then sometimes it doesn't so I'm not fully satisfied

A lot quicker than standing at monitor and entering the code.

I used to be ablke to log in without a problem. Now it always says it can't find the server. I got intelligent home because being able to access your system on your phone was important. I even emailed the developer no response. Spectrum you need to be on top of these things and fix the issue.

Spectrum gives minimal support by directing you to a different phone number when you call. Supplies that should be on auto send don't come unless you call and ask for them. Also the connection is slow far more than it should be. Other than those things, it's ok. ????

It is a good app, easy to use and control but since I switch by phone to Samsung S8, I about two months ago I don't get a live view instead I get a still picture. They don't know how to fix it. Go figure:( Time to move on.

The router that was put in my home is seemingly having an adverse affect on my Wi-Fi. So when I go to use the app, at times, I just get the spinning. I have to restart my phone to get the app to work.

I hate the updated app. I can no longer access my camera view and the app no longer provides detailed history from my alarm such as when doors open and close. This is important to me to be able to see. I need these features back or I will be looking elsewhere since I'm not getting the features that I want.
