Unable open as all user complain in review / Application can't be open in rooted device - I also off it - still it can't open - pathetic app

I just downloaded but it's not open it ask this app is not opened is rooted device it's west of time every time

When trying to open the app, it says application cannot open on rooted device.

App showing not open in rroted device ,but my device not rooted. Fix tbe bug

Our current working is in Jaipur, Rajasthan, and by default it is showing only Mumbai & there is no option to change it, not even contact details.. we can not even edit it. Not yet getting any solution for so long..
