TimeClock Plus v7 MobileClock

Android users have had an ongoing problem of receiving an error when trying to clock in or out. The error usually occurs at least 3 times before it will recognize where you are. Usually it occurs 5 or more times. Since this is supposed to be a mobile app it completely defeats the purpose of having it. This problem is being reported by the rest of the staff I work with. Not sure if it is company wide. The tech department is at a loss how to fix the problem. And yes, I have repeatedly removed the app and restarted my phone with no success at resolving the problem.

User interface is comically bad - it's far too easy for a user to inadvertently log out of the app entirely when trying to clock in/out, which is a major problem in a company with many employees. The employee login portal should only display the keypad as it accepts only numerical input. Overall, this app lacks a lot of polish and the developers should take a close look at it with user experience in mind.

This program is awful! Doesn't work. And even the desk top program is very limited. Anyone looking for a time program for work, look at something different.

This app has quit working. It won't connect and let me clock in.

I find this very convenient and quick to use! This app provides the features we as employees need!

This app used to work amazing. It was convenient and easy to use. For the last month, it has not worked at all. It just loads a white screen. That's it. I'm glad I found away to still access it on my phone, but it waa NOT with this app. Please fix this issue asap.

Absolute garbage, the most unreliable app I have ever used. Just opens to a white screen on my phone, and won't ever connect on my tablet. Its astonishing that any developer could allow this to be released as a finished product.

Update 10/19/17 - Server has finally managed to retain info for more than a few hours. Adding one star. -- Update 6/22/17 - Still won't save server info. -- Update 5/25/17 - Since last update no longer saves server info and must re-enter. -- Awful user interface, glitchy. Who thought the little "clock" gadget for entering times was a good idea? Frequent lock-ups. Did I mention the awful user interface? (Galaxy S8)

This app feels like it was written for Android 1.6 and looks like it too. God forbid you have a bad cellular connection or switch signals because you'll end up with the app not working when going directly to the website does. The app will flip out if you change connections, not loading or opening a browser window instead of clocking you in. I've probably wasted an hour of clock time just trying to get the stupid app to work or clock in. On one of my Android devices just up and refuses to play nice with the application. Just use the browser to check in. It never has any issues. This app is chock full of them.

Keeps telling me "namespace" entered is incorrect. Need this app to send in work hours but it doesn't let me get passed the set-up process

This App is pure garbage. Locks up, doesn't configure, stays stuck on: WritingZIPpackage/package.zip. This program was without doubt written by the "Seriously Intellectually Challenged."

Great app does everything you need. Not sure why these people are having issues. Must be user error

No longer works!!! White screen only. Never opens. Cost me time yesterday. Come on!!!

Just got the update, STILL doesn't work.

When it worked it was quick and easy to use. WHEN it worked. Doesn't work for me now. Seems to work off and on between updates.

Why cant I clock in and out anymore

Awful, even after May update. I think the issue is with S3 phones. After entering info, I can't load past " Writting ZIP package compatibleApplicationPackage/package.zip".

This is like the 4th or 5th time I had to uninstall and then reinstall it if so it'll work especially after the social security number thing or whatever

Doesn't save my work information. I have to reconfigure the server settings every time I open the app

Since the latest update, I can't stay logged in as before. Is this a fix or is it the new version? Please fix this.
