My app was up to date byt was not working so I uninstalled it and reinstalled it and it work much better! Apparently my phone wasn't finding the new update. Just wish they would take things off that are out of stock or at least day they are instead of just saying error.

The only reason I downloaded the app was for the loyalty rewards. Whenever I give the cashier my email on my account "the computer system is acting up". It was suggested that I downloaded the app and add my receipt info for credit. Didn't work! I've tired it a few different times and I've yet to be credited. I've spent around 2 grand this year and I can't get a few $10 coupons!? Come on Tillys, get it together before you lose a loyal customer!

Better than the web browser forsure! Runs a bit smoother. Could be better but just on the slow side. Don't know if it can be improved or not but overall; great improvement from before.

So I have been using this app with no problems for years, until recently. I had made a purchase online using their app. When following through with the order the next day on the recent order tab I noticed a couple purchases I never made sent to a different address. Contacted customer service immediately they said they didn't see anything on their end. Less then 24hrs after that call my bank account was cleaned out and over drafted by 300+ bucks. Week later still no money returned. Pain in the a**

I got charged $24 for overnight shipping and they won't refund it and yet I still I won't recieve my items for 4 days! How they feel like that's right in any way is beyond Me!

The app is great, but it would be a 5 star app if you could see if the item you want is in stock in a store near you.

Please remove items that are out of stock. It's frustrating when you place an order and then receive an email days later informing you that the item is no longer available.

Only thing I would say is annoying is when u go back from viewing an item it takes u to the top of the list on the previous page, so u have to scroll through everything again to continue looking from where you were

I can't figure out how to add or access my coupons, keeps changing my personal info. Very glitchy

I love this APP im a hype beast and this app lets me stay up with the trends. Love the fast shipping and the prices.

Instead of having to go on a website everything you want to see what's new With Tillys it's just right there on your home screen instead!! The Tillys app is a great resource to see all the sales and details and new things that are going on with Tillys.

Added items to my order with out showing it in the order confirmation, I found out about it when I received the confirmation email showing I was charged for items I didn't want. Uninstalling. Not worth the time.

Easy to use, easy to filter what you want and easy to select and item and add to cart. Purchasing is smooth and if I want to go back from an item I clicked on I don't have to refresh everything because I'm back where I was.

I like being able to see all the clothes. It has a bunch of different angles for them and even tells you what size the model is wearing so you get an idea of what size would fit you.

I've been shopping here for a couple years now and now that I got this app it is very use full to keep me up to date with brand new gear and accessories. Making me look good as I skate

Sucks that mostly everything is above my budget level. I'll just admire through my phone screen. Lol.

Tillys' Going mobile, it's what we all needed

Can not access my rewards through app! Tells me to log on( when I'm already logged on) then says "authentication failer"..so I can only use my rewards through web browser but then I have to pay more for shipping. I've reinstalled the app a couple of times but still!

Great app, great clothes, but it gave me an error that did not let me add more stuff and emptied my cart

I love it! I dread going to the mall and I can have everything shipped to my home :)!

I love shopping here so this is a great way for me to get caught up with sales

It's pretty effortless except when you click an item of interest and than hit return, you are not brought back to your original place in the list/flow of all the searched items

A little slow the app, but faster then the web version. Easy to find item.

So useful so I can see what you guys have and just walk in and out quick with my items LOVE IT!!!

Issues with account on app. I ordered online and tried to check thru the app my status and error keeps showing up

App freezes often when I pick a shirt to see its info.

Everytime i zoom out of the clothes it goes back to the top From where i started
