La personnes ciblées dans le dispositif de vente sont:
- Les Free Lancer
- Les Team Leader
- Les Point Of Sales
- Les Point Of Activation
- les Retailer Agents


Grâce à son Back End, cette application gère les aspects suivants:

Aspect Authentification:
- L'Identification en tant que utilisateur autorisé à utiliser cette application.
- Les Logs liés à l'utilisation de l'application sur beaucoup d'aspects.

Aspect Recrutement:
- GuideLine sur la conduite à suivre lors du recrutement d'un Free Lancer.
- Recueil des informations sur les Free Lancers.
- Evaluations de certains critères de Sélection qui résultent d'une étude pour le Groupe Millicom.
- Sauvegarde des informations lors de l'entretien sur le serveur Back End en ligne.

Aspect Formation:
- Les formations sont organisées par niveau (Fondamental, Intermediate, Advanced, Expert).
- Les Quizz permettent de valider les acquis d'un module et de passer au module suivant dans un premier temps puis à des niveaux supérieurs.
- Les ressources sous forme de Vidéo, Documents, Sons associées à ces formations.
