If you already have VPN service and you just need to connect to it, this is the WRONG APP. This app is a window into Tigervpn's VPN service. It may work, but it masquerades as a VPN Client. Well, it is... Except the only host you can connect to is theirs. 3/5 for misleading downloaders.

Ok if you are on 4.0 or higher and your phone is rooted, This VPN will work. Once you start up the application for the country you are connecting to, you also have to go into your VPN settings to input tigervps name and the server you are connecting to. You will get the prompt for your user name and password word, one you press save this should allow you to connect no problem. Go to the website all the information is there.
