Tigerpaw Mobile for Android
Constantly looses connection to the database. Works fine from laptop with an RDP session to server. If in the process of switching from Wi-Fi back to 4G/3G. Will not reconnect to server. Loses the data I have entered and have to uninstall/reinstall the app to get it to reconnect again... App needs a lot of work...
Extremely slow, convoluted, and outdated. Its an embarrassment to even publish this trash. The desktop application is just as bad. Horrible ticketing application.

Its slow and freeze
It updated on my phone and now will not work at all. I try to login but it constantly tells me I am not on the internet, even though every other app works fine.
I'm not longer able to open app. Just spinning good WiFi and 4g please fix

The app won't load most of the time. The occasional time it does load it take an hour or more to submit entries

Tigerpaw sucks!!!
Tigerpaw Mobile is much more flexible now. It now has true CRM functionality. Only issue I have ran into is that some of the advanced features are hard to use on a small device.
Solid program in and of itself but the mobile app simply takes a great program and makes it greater. Easy to use AND a great team over there with excellent customer service. Been usong Tigerpaw for over twelve years
The Newest release has greatly improved TP Mobile. Great for our service Techs. Great app to help go paperless.
The new version really has a lot of what we were asking for. We have already deployed it to a few techs and will give to the rest within a month or so. Just wish it had access to the password keeper for all accounts.
The new updates have made it easier for our techs to submit information on the job. It is much easier to use, and the response of the the app is faster.
I have a Galaxy Note 2 and Tigerpaw mobile is very handy for some quick journal entries or looking for primary contacts of customers. Cuts down on time of logging into my laptop and logging into Tigerpaw. Now I can get in quickly and keep working.
Update is working great! Very stable platform now.
Huge inprovement. I have a s 5 and this update runs so much smoother.

Very sceptical in the beginning, but turns out to be a winner. 5 stars if possible.
Amazing! The flexibly and functionality is much nicer than the previous release. Only downside I have seen is that sometimes the work performed doesn't always save. Other than that it's great!

I am new to Tigerpaw, and have been very impressed with the client and web portal. Our company just implemented the mobile app and it is icing on the cake. Very clean and effective, the timers rock!
