Creative Book Builder

Bought the app with great anticipation and indeed the app is promising. But I am facing a problem. The test book that I have created has one chapter with one paragraph with Serif 18px font. The preview in the app is showing perfectly, but when I see the generated app in the FBreader the font is appearing too tiny. Pl.guide me to solve this problem.

I coulnt create my book, after typing a lot, publishing option is not working. Please help me

This is awesome... everything you need in writing an e-book is right in this application. I just wish that we could also add gif images as well.

For long flowable/classic e-book like mine of 29 chapters with mainly text and some pictures, this App works! Awesome support from developer who really cares about the CBB App and users! Have a question or a challenge just ask "Tiger Ng", it worked for me! Developer has superior epub practical knowledge and very patient & approachable! Developer has a similar CBB App on Apple, really awesome! Knows what he is doing!

Stay away until some more effort put in. Very bare bones. Should be free at this point. No help page. No FAQ. Nothing. Import fails. Buggy. Nice idea but not ready for public use.

Does not edit or even allow opening ebooks, only creates from scratch. Just a glorified plaintext editor that can add (but not change or remove) text files to a zip archive and change the extension to epub. Stick with the free Apps with more import/conversion features, as this is garbage.

I've had this on my ipad since 2012. Love it. Put it on my android because I can't upload to nook with the ipad. All my backups go to dropbox. Will update this review in a month.

Kind a wasted money. My books are still on typewriter. So the idea was to get the stuff via phone and Ocr on the phone and make my own digital book. The app simply can't do that. In order to get my book created I require an digital source already to make it work. That's something I could do in every desktop and laptop machine. Very disappointing.shouldn't have spend money before I tried it first. Taught me a lesson.to never ever buy a program without trying the full capability first. Cheers

Hi There Been using this app for a couple of days now and I'm loving it, however..... is there any information on how to correctly use the functions as I'm new to all this. Live support and video tutorials would be good to see.

Nothing happening here any more. Oh, an update last summer! But still no way to just open a epub-file. That would be great!

The new data mining permissions. Had this for quite awhile, but since I won't update because of the permissions, I won't get any bug fixes or added features, so I'm just going to uninstall and give a different app a try.

I like the way it divides chapters and content. Keeps me focused on the task I am on without getting distracted from writing. I am having problems with the books cover photo, fix it and its 5 stars.

I normally don't purchase apps that haven't (m)any previous buyers or ratings, but I took the chance & am happy to report that CBB is a user-friendly, easy-to-follow, well-functioning epub creator. As of yet, you won't find even a moderately comparable app in Google Play. So far, so good. Thank you for making this awesome app!

I bought Creative Book Builder with the intention of using it to copy and paste a book together that I could later finish up on my PC, then publish to Amazon as a Kindle book. It worked perfectly for this. I started a brand new book, used it to set most of the metadata for the book, and to create chapters, and then pasted together the pages. I then shared the epub file to Google Drive, downloaded it to my computer, and used Sigil to complete the work. In Sigil I edited the book, added images, created a table of contents, and did spell checking. All in all the entire process only took me a few sessions, and the work in Creative Book Builder was done mostly in front of the TV. I don't have many complaints. The app does what I expect it to do.

I plan to put this to good use! Simple, intuitive design and powerful for a tablet app! Thank you!

It seems to have a bug that is triggered by how many italicized words you have. I've apparently reached my limit, because every time Iitalicize a word it crashes.

I'd like to see an update to bring it into parity with the iOS version, but it is still very good.
