I got the lifetime plan and it just plain sucked. I told them the problem and was told they would get on it. I didn't hold my breath. Lo and behold, the problem seems to have been fixed. The app is working fine for almost a month this time. So from one star, to four. I still have issues with the PC version, though...

VPN service is great, and at a reasonable price. The Android app used to have a lot of problems and I rated it a 2. But they have since fixed all the issues I had with it so now it gets a 5. Thanks TigerVPN.

Despite using their android app, one cant disconnect 1 server and connect another swiftly. The app will prompt snag and wait for 30 secs... Poor configuration

Fast, reliable and lots of locations. glad they listened to us as the previous version had some issues but this one really works great

ISP is properly blocking the app, which I was trying to unblock with this app! I can use the service with OpenVPN though. Dislike!

Just missing automatic connection when on specific WiFi networks. and widgets. Please add a Dallas Texas server! :0)

Disconnects at random moments, great when you're checking your bank account on a public network. Besides that it works great. Simple, intuitive interface. Acceptable loading times.

I have the lifetime subscription and never had a problem on my phone or my computer with it. I highly recommend this!

Not opening.... Stuck at logging on screen

Works as it should, just wish that some more remote servers have less latency..guess thats beyond Tiger's control.

Since gps removed. is good for deal tiger vpn with stable server. now im using your vpn premium before update im using other vpn premium. i hope tiger vpn best stable server than other.

Half the feedback regarding this app is how they don't like having to login each time they use the application. Support tell them it's for security and basically ignore what the users want. How about a tick box to allow users the choice? I won't hold my breath on it happening though...

Constantly have to sign in. It doesn't do this on iOS, only on Android. It would be nice if it worked better in landscape mode, not just portrait.

I cann't log in!!l create account and app is opening but app disconnect!!l start app aga but logiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii...ng in.....!!

Can't even log in, pathetic, works fine on desktop tho.

The London UK Server does not fool BBC. Raised this with their 'support' months ago and followed up, still no remedy! From a user's perspective the impression given is they don't care ..... Wish I could get a refund :(

Guess lucky me then? Happens to have a bunch of VPN that actually works just lying around. As a VPN app, it's absolutely ridiculous.

The app really annoys you by having to login every day... Why? What possible purpose does needing to re log into the app achieve? My phone is secured against intruders who even if they crack my phone password will want to connect to a VPN service???

I really fail to understand why was the app designed to be this way! I have read the security argument but that is misplaced argument and decision in my opinion. Updates are rare event for this app (and also apps on other platforms). Uninstalling!!

Logs me out, no way to remember sign in details.. I feel like now they have my money, they can change the service offering

Had a Lifetime Lite subscription before and used it on PC, was very happy with service so just upgraded to Lifetime Plus subscription. Now installed this app on mobile and am very happy. Works perfect every time with good fast speeds and low latency. Perfect for when you are connected on insecure public Wi-Fi. Don't have any problems with disconnections or maps etc. But would say only slight annoyance is having to re-enter account username and password if not used for a while (but I understand why this is).

I have no problems using tiger on my Mac but on my nexus 7 each time I connect I get a connection error within 5 second. Tried everything to resolve ¡

It never logs in, despite me having 2 connection abilities. Useless. Works fine on my laptop.

Use to be stable but since the last update every time I logged in it kicks me out and says Session Expired. Please fix.

I was really hoping to have a VPN on my phone but every time I login it brings up a message saying session expired. It worked great the first time but now I can't use it at all.

The application works fine for me, I'm able to stream video from the usa and it looks just fine (when I'm in Mexico or europe). I contacted the customer support for a few questions directly from the app and they answered within a few minutes, and it was a sunday.

Been using it more than 2 years (on & off) and never been disapointed... As a matter of fact, it has been tested and unlike some other VPNs, this one has no leak whatsoever. 100% secure and fast. Enjoy and dont forget to add it on the exception list of your battery apps which might block the usage in the background! ;)

This is now the most reliable VPN app I use. Works nicely, but would love to see an improved map screen for easier location switching & favouriting.

Works to keep me "off-stage" and less vulnerable. Easy to use on Windows 10 & Android phone.

The reason I purchased it so that it works to bypass the throttling and blocking of Netflix and other apps like Line and Facetime in Saudi Arabia. Not worth the money. Now I'm using bettervpn which is free and working.

This is why my device is secured; to prevent unauthorised access. I don't have to log in every time for my social media, email, or any other app besides a password manager, and thats how it should be. The fact is, I've manually set up the servers I want on my devices instead of using the app because of this.
