Worst service ever an I think uae law will take an action against this company, their service are really zero, maintenance team don't know what even they r doing.

Log in issue, It is saying wrong user name and password when we enter the correct one. Need help pls.

Tiger building in Al Nahda - Al Qadesia block are the worst buildings in terms of maintnance and services! A lot of headeaches if you rent here!

I tried opening the app it never open with out this app we are able to register service complaints. Go down to the block and let the service men know he say go register in app. App never opens the responsible person for app never answers

Worst management and worst maintenance ever...my ac not working since 6 months but they do not give a damn about it...maintenace guys says they do not pay us much and other stuffs....

The app sucks most of the time. You write your complaints and then you get error which is a bad coding page. And you lose all which you wrote in the form. Extremely poor coding by the developer and management. Management don't care about the tenants. Tiger management is worst i have met in my life. They don't care at all for people.

Worst Service's ever.my flat a c is not working for 3rd time in past month and now they want me to do the registration on this garbage app and then do the complaint and then they will send someone to fix it. Will take a year most probably. What a waste of time.

We shifted our things last 23-April-2017 as our contract is 24-April-2017 however, the flat is a complete mess. It's very dirty, the cables are lying down in the floor, the tube light is incomplete, the water is leaking, contract is not yet in the Office Building despite our cheque is dated 15th April, the exhaust fan in the kitchen is soooooooooooooooooooo dirty, the paint are not good. the phone has a cockroach, the handle of the cabinet in the kitchen are soooo dirty, the bowl in the CR as if it wasn't clean for 10 yrs, the bathtub is so dirty and there still a cigarette, the shower is leaking as well, the lock in the CR is damage that my niece has been locked up inside for more than an hour and the maintenance didn't respond despite of our follow-ups till i shouted in the reception because I was really afraid for the life of my niece inside, that time SEWA is not yet working because we are waiting of our contract. I already show to the office management the pictures but still there's no action, We sleep there last night without AC and we are not able to sleep. Maintenance Management is WORST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I thought this app tella your complain and assistance all i saw is inquiry? Now where do I complain fixing our exhaust fan and cooking fan?

how can you file a complaint for the maintenance if the right username and password is not accepting by this app.. you were truly a worst company and service..

Very poor app. Login problem Always. And UI is like 90yrs ago. And there maintenance is always poor. Please improve everything.
