Food was OK. Dal was bland.. Sabzi was good but very less in quantity. Not sufficient for 4 chapatis.. Increase the price if u wish but at least put appropriate amount of sabzi..

The app need to be developed a little more better .... it has various bugs

Updating my comment,Initial two time food order experience is not that much good because I didn't receive that,Later I tried 3rd and last time of tiffin service through coordinating with the contact number provide at website .Then finally i received my tiffin which i order through apps. Till now I am using this apps,and the reason behind that is good food quality.I like the taste of food which make u feel not exactly but similar to home food,Even the packing of tiffin is very much impressive

I enjoyed my first food bites from the tiffin planet. The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to the way of packing, Very pleasing.. Though its a new food app but it seemed so professional.. The food was fresh, properly prepared & a great value for the price. I highly recommend it .. The delivery was also on time and I fell in love with the way my meal was packed..It would be more delightful if u guys could pack some beverages like cold coffee ,ice tea /lassi as the weather is getting hotter!!

Now I don't rely on maid to cook food as I get yummy and fresh meals from tiffin planet.. Quick delivery, pocket friendly !! Dont roam here n dere to grab raw veggies and food to cook. Be smart and save time. Just one click and your done. Happy with the service. Keep it up !!

This is with regards to the order ID 1921 on 8th December 2016. I made an order through your app for the veg meal box at around 7 pm for a time slot of 8:00-8:30 pm. It is almost 10 pm now as I write this email to inform you about the terrible service of ordering food via your app. I still haven't received it and I paid money through PayU (bank transfer). This is not the first time that your delivery has been late.  Kindly rectify this issue and provide some remedy as I have already had my dinner and lost

I came to Delhi and tried many food apps like yumist for my daily meal, but I found Tiffin planet as the best, be it taste quality, quantity or timely delivery.N the best part is I got sufficient food in such a reasonable price.Really good service..!!

* Review of Food quality and service review Appreciate the overall effort and receptiveness to the user feedback. Quantity of the vegetable is really paltry but was recently improved on feedback. I think there is no need to add gimicky and substandard stuff such as salad, "raita" or pickle for thr sake of it. A good Tiffin service has to stick to good fundamentals which is quality and adequate basic food. Another thing that I feel is quite wasteful is packaging. Why not incentivise user for returning clean plastic containers!! two plastic containers for each meal amounts to a lot in a month and thats not environmentally a great thing. Box packaging also need a nofrills, clean and simple design. * Review of the app: One of the major feature that is required is the One should be able to add and save more than one delivery addresses and respective maps marker. I often order from multiple addresses....and its frustrating to keep on editing delivery address. Unnesessary long app load time possibly due to that floating image in splash screen Lot of niggles in UI and UX. OVerall long way to to go when it comes to design and optimization of the app

I ordered many time food is good now I don't have to Carry food for office thanks Tiffin Planet.

Have ordered 3 times. Though the food is ok...but not even omce has the guy reached in the time slot chosen. If this continues, we shall be forced to stop ordering. Also...the rice should also be packed in a bowl...not a polethene.

5 star rating is just to get the views on this review. I ordered for the first time today, got it delivered on time and found the food tasted nice as per the price quoted for the same. But, then I found an insect in dal... whole insect. I wanted to post the pic but can't over here. Never going to order again. Very careless service.

Really a good application to order the food. This is the timesaving application. Very easy to access. Midnight meal service is really good... Glad to get this facility.
